We are celebrating National Recovery Month (NRM) and want you to join us! Every September we gather to increase awareness of behavior health conditions. This observance promotes the belief that behavior health is essential to health, prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover from mental and/or substance use disorders.

RECOVERY IS FOR EVERYONE.  EVERY PERSON. EVERY FAMILY. EVERY COMMUNITY.

Run the rolling hills of Clark County -  It's a beautiful out and back route on asphalt with 10k and 5k (walk only) option.  Cash prizes for the three top male and female runners in both 10K and 5K..  Additional prizes in age categories in both 10K and 5K..  

Early Packet pick-up is on Friday at College Park in Winchester at the Rally4Recovery event. There will be a Registration table at the event. 5:30 - 7:30pm.

Registration on Saturday starts at 7:00am

• 10K Course Map, NOTE: The 5K course is contained within the 10K course. Both courses start and finish at the  Kroger Youth Soccer Complex at 2583 VanMeter Rd.

Race Venue

1. Where will be the race be held?  At the Kroger Youth Soccer Complex at 2583 VanMeter Rd, Winchester, KY 40391.
2. What time does the race start?  The 5K and 10K races will start together at 8:00 am. 
3. What time should I arrive?  Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the race start time.
4. Where will I park?  Parking is available in the main parking area of the soccer complex property.    
5. Are there any restrictions at the race venue? None at this time.

Race Registration

1. When does online registration close?  Online registration will remain open through race morning.
2. Can I register on race day?  Yes! Race day registration will be available for an increased fee over pre-registration fees. Checks only will be accepted when using the race day paper registration form. Online registration will be available on your mobile device.
3. What do I get for my registration fee? Your registration fee includes your race number, a race shirt, and complimentary snacks, water, and coffee.
4. Is there a benefitting charity?  Yes. The benefitting charity will be Celebrate Recovery of Calvary Christian Church.
5. Can I get a refund of my registration fee? Sorry. Registration fees are non-refundable.
6. Should I register my young children? Small children that can't run or walk either event need not be registered.  Only registered participants will receive a race number and race shirt. Children 10 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property. This means during the race as well.

Race Participation

1. When can I get my race t-shirt and race number?  Pre-race day packet pickup will be available on Friday, September 26th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Rally4Recovery event in downtown Winchester.  Complimentary food and drinks will be available during the recovery rally. Packet pickup will also be available on race morning from 7:00 - 7:45 a.m. at the race site.  You may pickup for family/friends (No credentials or ID required).  
2. Can I view a course map?  Yes. Click here to view the course map.
3. Is the course totally on hard surfaces?  Yes! The course is on paved roads.
4. Is the course suitable for strollers?  Yes. Pushing a stroller on this course is possible. Please start in the back of the race pack.
5. Can I walk the race?  Yes! Walkers are welcome for the 5K. You cannot walk the 10K.
6. Can I bring my dog/pet?  Yes! Please keep your dog/pet on a short fixed length leash to avoid creating a trip hazard for other runners.
7. Are there other restrictions? Yes. Children 10 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property.  This means during the race as well.

Race Timing/Awards/Results

1. Will the race be timed?  Yes! The race will be timed by Bluegrass Timing.
2. Will awards be presented after the race?  Top 3 male/female finishers in the 5K and 10K will receive cash prizes! Prizes will also be given to the top 3 male/female finishers in the following age groups:  11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over for the 5K and 10K.
