Every year, blood clots claim 100,000 lives—but together, we can change that. During this 31-day challenge in March, Blood Clot Awareness Month, you’ll move your body your way—run, walk, ride, or roll—while helping raise awareness and funds to prevent future tragedies.

Your participation honors those we’ve lost, supports lifesaving education and prevention efforts, and amplifies the voices of patients, families, and survivors across the country.
