15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk

The primary purpose of this race is to raise funds that provide a meaningful hand up to those in need. While race registration helps cover event costs, the true impact comes from the additional support we raise together.

We invite you not only to register and participate, but also to seek sponsorships and encourage donations. With your help, we can extend care and support to families both locally and around the world in ways that truly make a lasting difference.

Join us on SUNDAY, November 8, 2025, for our 15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K.  This fundraiser benefits Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Zambia.  Sign up to run or walk virtually from wherever you are and start raising funds!

Please consider donating and asking friends, family and co-workers to give on your behalf.  The registration fee covers costs such as t-shirts, giveaways, and advertising, but donations are what allows us to continue God's work in Northern Virginia, and the villages in Muchila, Zambia.
