Join us for our 17th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk – it's become a local tradition! On Thursday, November 27, “Turkey Day,” we invite the whole family flock to run, walk or trot. The race also features a Youth 1 Mile Fun Run; all racers will enjoy refreshments following the race.
The first 2,000 participants to register will receive a dri-fit t-shirt and the first 2,000 finishers receive a commemorative medal.
*We have reached capacity with 2,200 participants, registration is now closed. We cannot accept race day registration.*
Proceeds from the Paul Markhoff Racing with the J 5Ks benefit the Levis JCC programs and services utilized by children and families in our community.

- Masters Award to fastest male and female runner over 40
- Top 3 male and female in the following age group categories: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
- Top 3 overall Schwedelson Special Needs 5K
- Collectible finisher medals to the first 1700 5k participants
- All kids will receive a medal for the 1 mile fun run
Parking
All park entrances to South County Regional Park will close at 7:00 am due to road closures. The only entrance that will remain open will be the Glades Rd. entrance. Please see parking map above under Parking Information.
Race will take place rain or shine. No rain date. Strollers are allowed. Shirt sizing is not guaranteed.
