2026 Arc Race

Our 32nd Annual Arc Race is happening on Saturday, September 12th. If you can't make it, you can walk or run virtually in support of our mission!  Getting involved has never been easier! When you sign up to walk or run, you support the Arc of Onondaga Foundation's efforts on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive support from Arc of Onondaga.  Since 2002, the Arc of Onondaga Foundation has given over $1,000,000 in grants that have made a positive and lasting effect on the people and families that Arc supports.

Choose your event – the 5k, Kids 1 Mile Fun Run, or the 3k Family Fun Walk! Whether you run or walk, you will be supporting the Arc of Onondaga Foundation in its efforts to raise important funds so individuals with developmental disabilities can lead purpose-driven, independent and inclusive lives in our community.

This year will mark the twelfth year of our Athletes in Tandem program which fosters relationships between athletes with disabilities and community runners and walkers to enhance their quality of life by empowering them to participate in competitive sporting events.  For more information, or if you are interested in being a tandem athlete, please contact our offices at 315-401-0917.

Schedule:

Kids 1 Mile Fun Run Start Time 8:30 am

5k Start Time: 9:00 am

3k Walk Start Time: 9:15 am

PACKET PICKUP
Race bibs and shirts will be available for pickup Friday, September 11th from 11am-6pm at Fleet Feet, 5800 Bridge Street in East Syracuse. If you cannot make it to Packet Pickup, bibs and shirts will be available on race day in the Registration area.

DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR VIRTUAL BIB

To download your bib, search for your name under the “Find A Participant” link and then click on the bib number to the left of your name.  That will bring up the virtual bib so you can print and/or share on social media.                                                       

OR

Log-in to your RunSignUp profile and then look at your “Upcoming Events.”  You will see the Virtual Arc Race. Click on the  “View Pre-Race Bib” link and print!

SUBMIT AND MANAGE VIRTUAL RESULTS 

If you opt to run or walk virtually, the Arc Race has results enabled, meaning you can submit and manage your own results. You can do this directly from the RunSignup Race Page or from your RunSignup profile.  During registration, you will be asked to sign up for text messages or email which will allow you to submit your finish time.  

Submit from RunSignup Race Page: Navigate to the race's RunSignup race page > and select the Result tab > then select Submit Virtual Results.

Submit Virtual Results From Your RunSignup Profile: Navigate to your RunSignup profile by selecting the Profile Icon at the top right hand corner.

Submit TXT Results:  First you will need to opt in to TXT results, which you can either do during or after registration.

During the Registration Process: Select Sign up for text messages and enter a valid cell phone number. 

After the Registration Process: You can go to your Profile > Manage Registration > Virtual Race, and then select Contact Info. 

Submit Email Results: If you would rather receive notifications and send results via email, you can choose to sign up for email notifications by entering your preferred email address.
