Come together to move with purpose! Join your colleagues, family, and friends as we get active and support a cause that truly matters—the Cox Employee Relief Fund (CERF). Every step helps make a difference.

🏃‍♀️ How to Participate:

The 2026 Cox 5K offers both in‑person and virtual options, so you can join in wherever and however you like—indoors or outdoors, solo or with your favorite people.

Run, walk, skip, hop, or roll (strollers and wheelchairs welcome!). The only requirement? Participate safely and have fun.

All Cox employees—and their family members and friends—are welcome!
This is a perfect opportunity to turn fitness into a shared experience.

In‑Person Event (Atlanta Campus)
Saturday, June 6

• Kids Fun Run (ages 12 & under): 8:00 a.m.
  Recognition will be provided!
• 5K Run/Walk: 8:30 a.m.
  Bring the whole crew and kick off the morning with movement, energy, and community.

Virtual Event
Saturday, May 30 – Sunday, June 7

Prefer flexibility? Complete your 5K on any day during the virtual event window, at your own pace and in a location that works best for you.

No problem! In‑person volunteers on the Atlanta campus are essential to making this event a success.
Simply click the “Volunteer” link at the top of the registration page to choose an opportunity that works for you.

👕 T‑Shirt & Virtual Results Reminder:

T‑shirts will be sent to virtual participants who complete the race and log their results.

To log your virtual results:

1. Log into your RunSignUp.com account.
2. Click the “Results” tab.
3. Select “Submit Virtual Results” and enter your time.

All registration fees for the 2026 race will go directly to the Cox Employee Relief Fund! The Cox Employee Relief Fund (CERF) is 501c3, nonprofit organization which provides relief to Cox employees and their families when faced with financial hardships caused by unexpected life events.

Where does my registration fee go?

Virtual Race Questions:

How do I submit my race time?

Participate in the virtual race anytime between May 30 - June 7. Submit your time by June 7 to get a T-shirt in the mail.
Log in to your RunSignUp Account here: runsignup.com/Login. 
Go to your profile: runsignup.com/Profile.
Click “Submit Virtual Results” on the event for which you have results.

T-Shirts:

When will I receive my 5K t-shirt?

• Both virtual and in-person participants MUST complete the race to receive a t-shirt.

• Virtual: T-shirts will be mailed to all virtual participants who submit their race time by June 7 up to 6-8 weeks after the completion of the race. To ensure participants receive their shirts in a timely manner, we must strictly adhere to the June 7 deadline for race time submissions. Thank you for your understanding.

• In person: All in-person race participants can pick up their T-shirts in the Rotunda following the race.

I didn't submit my virtual race time by June 7; can I still receive a T-shirt?

Unfortunately, no - to ensure all participants receive their shirts in a timely manner, we must strictly adhere to the June 7 deadline for race time submissions. Thank you for your understanding.
