2026 Crossroads Trail Run & Walk - June 13, 2026

Celebrate the 17th Annual Crossroads Trail Run! 

Door County’s first trail run welcomes runners & walkers of all ages and abilities to choose a 2k, 5k, or 10k distance at Crossroads at Big Creek Nature Preserve on June 13, 2026 at 8:00 am, with chip-timing to allow for a staggered start by route. Awards ceremony will begin around 9:45 am.

Packet pick-up is Wednesday, June 10 – Thursday, June 11 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, Friday, June 12 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday, June 13 from 6:30 - 7:30 am at the Collins Learning Center. To reserve your t-shirt, registration must be made by May 12, 2026. Participants who register after May 12, 2026, may opt to choose from a selection of previous year's race shirts.

All proceeds benefit Crossroads at Big Creek.

Highlights

• Three course options: 2k, 5k, and 10k

• All participants receive a native tree, courtesy of Evergreen Nursery and post-race snacks.
  

• Chip-timed results for all participants, and individual awards

• Proceeds from the Crossroads Trail Run directly support Crossroads' mission to inspire environmental stewardship in learners of all ages and from all backgrounds through education, research, restoration and outdoor experiences.

• The Crossroads Trail Run promotes wellness & healthy living, multi-generational recreation, and increases awareness of ‘green’ living in our community.

Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at Collins Learning Center
Friday, June 12 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm at Collins Learning Center
Saturday, June 13 from 6:30 to 7:30 am at Collins Learning Center

Bikes, Spikes & Dogs
Bikes, shoes with spikes, and dogs are not allowed on the course during the race. As always, dogs are allowed on the property but must always be on a leash.

Aid Stations
There will be two water stations on the 5k route. There will be three water stations on the 10k route.

The Crossroads Trail Run supports cross-generational recreation, mind and body well-being inspired by nature, and resilient living in our community. Each year 400-500 participants enjoy a beautiful June morning on Crossroads trails. This beloved event would not be possible without our devoted volunteers, enthusiastic participants, and generous sponsors.
