2026 GRITTY 5K

The Gritty 5K presented by Penn Medicine is 3.1 miles of fun, complete with over 10 on-course activations, including Karaoke, Stop & Listen to 95, and more, along with brand-new surprises, and of course, a finish line hot dog. 

Your in-person registration includes a t-shirt, medal, and Flyers home game ticket. Virtual participants can purchase Flyers home game tickets for a discounted rate. 

Kids 12 and under can be registered at a discounted rate. Race starts and finishes in Lot E of Xfinity Mobile Arena. 

Packet Pick-Up Options:

• Thursday, September 24
• Xfinity Mobile Arena - East Food Hall (Lot E)
• Time: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Friends and family can pick up bibs for participants! Make sure to have the bib numbers ready upon arrival.

Registrants will be contacted on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 to claim their complimentary game tickets to one (1) of the following games. Redeem by Sunday, September 20 and receive a ticket to a BONUS preseason game!

Regular Season Games:

• Sunday, October 11 v Carolina Hurricanes at 7:00PM
• Tuesday, October 13 v Seattle Kraken at 7:00PM 
• Monday, October 19 v Colorado Avalanche at 7:00PM
• Tuesday, October 27 v Columbus Blue Jackets at 7:00PM

Preseason Games: 

• Thursday, September 24 v Boston Bruins at 7:00PM (If you are attending this game, packet pick-up will be available in East Food Hall. You must have a game ticket to collect your packet at the game.)
• Saturday, September 26 v Washington Capitals at 5:00PM

Please note:

If you signed up to run with others, you will be able to redeem your codes to sit together. Additional tickets will also be available to purchase at a discounted rate.

Tickets are available to redeem while supplies last.

Parking is free. Please utilize Lot S, T, or U.

6:30 AM                           Gates Open to Xfinity Mobile Arena! 

7:30 AM                           Roads Close  

8:10 AM                           Line up in the corrals in Lot E (walkers, please line up behind those who are running)

8:20 AM                           Opening ceremonies

8:30 AM                           Confetti cannons pop! 

9:45 – 10:15 AM              Awards and closing ceremony remarks

FanFest & Start/Finish Line is located in Lot E of Xfinity Mobile Arena!

• Stop by our Get Grittifed with West station to finish off your costume with orange accessories!

• Purchase your Itty Bitty Grittys at the Merchandise Station and stop by the 11th Street Store to gear up for the season.

A few answers to frequently asked questions:

• Can I bring a stroller? Strollers are welcome! Children in strollers do not need to be registered. Please start in the back of the corral. 
• Do my friends/family and I need to register together to sit at the Flyers Home Games together? You do not need to register for the 5K with those you want to attend Flyers Home Games with. You will still be able to select your seats together!
• When do I have to register to get my gear shipped? Please register by Sunday, August 23 at midnight to get your gear shipped!
