RUN OR WALK IN HONOR OF SOMEONE IMPACTED BY CANCER

Welcome to our 2026 Pink Lemonade 5K, on Sunday, October 4 at 9am at Village Green, 50 S. Emerson St, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. This annual event brings our community together to raise funds and awareness for Lemons of Love.  With your support, we can continue to share the love with anyone impacted by cancer.

Gather your friends and family and join us to walk or run. All ages are welcome!

T-Shirts: If you registered after September 4, 2026 we cannot guarantee you a t-shirt. Quantities are limited. *Shirt sizes are not guaranteed for those who signed up after 9/4/26

Refund Policy: Lemons of Love cannot offer refunds for ANY reason. If you need to withdraw, you can still receive your shirt.

Parking is located behind our building with the entrance off the parking lot.

Volunteer opportunities will be posted in Mid-August.

I cannot come, what are my options?  Can I get a refund? 
A: Sorry, there are no refunds for any reason.  You may switch to virtual and have your t-shirt mailed to you. The cost you paid becomes a donation to Lemons of Love. Please contact info@lemonsoflove.org for this option.

Where Do We Park?  
A: In the Village parking garage lot or the commuter lots off of Northwest highway.

Is the Course Good for Spectators?   
A: Absolutely!  You can cheer throughout the course. Please check volunteer opportunities to set up cheering stations along the course.

Will the race still happen if it is raining or storming? 
A: Yes!!!  We will only delay for lightning or tornado. 

Is this a timed race?  Am I allowed to walk?   
A: Yes, this is a timed event for those hiking to run. We encourage those to walk in memory or honor of a loved one impacted by cancer.

Can I bring my kids?  Strollers?  Pets?   
A: Yes - this is a kid, pet, and stroller friendly event. All strollers, & those walking with dogs will begin at the back after the runners have begun. Dogs must be leashed and cared for. 

Can I Pick up my Packet on Race Day?   
A: Yes - we recommend arriving early to beat the lines.  

Can I Sign Up on Race Day?  
A: Yes! Come early to give yourself ample time.  

Can I be Virtual?  
A: Yes, you can register as a virtual participant, please choose the "mail me my packet" option upon check out, in order to receive your shirt.

What Initiatives do you have for Teams that Fundraise?  
A: Once you reach $1,000, you will receive an exclusive LOL Yeti. If you reach $2,500, you will receive a branded LOL sweatshirt, and the Yeti. Please review other fundraising achievements for additional incentives. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, we need your help to continue our mission.
