2026 PenMet Crush The Cushman 5K, 1-Mile & Kids Dash

Come join friends and neighbors for the 1st PenMet Parks Crush The Cushman Kids Dash, 1-Mile Run-Walk, and 5K Run-Walk. This fun event will be held following PenMet Parks Health & Wellness Fair at the Recreation Center and will take place in early evening with an out and back course on the Cushman Trail, starting and finishing at the PenMet Recreation Center.

* Kids Dash will take the little ones for a fun short run around the grass field at the Rec Center.

* 1-Mile Run-Walk is for those who want to go a little shorter distance or might just be starting their fitness program.  

* 5K Run-Walk is for the whole family. Run, jog, walk, push the kiddos, walk the dogs. 

Packet Pick-Up will take place at the PenMet Recreation Center

Friday June 26: 3:00-6:00pm

Saturday June 27: 2:00-5:00pm

Please Note!

Kid's Dash starts at 5:00 on Race Day.

Please plan on getting your child's packet no later than 4:45!
