FAQ

Q: What if I am unable to do a certain challenge, how do I move forward?

A: Participants who are unable to complete a certain challenge are encouraged to do the challenge in any manner that is adaptive to their ability. For example, if you cannot complete 22 military push ups, you can do modified push ups against a wall or wheelchair push ups. Adapting a challenge can be as creative as you would like. For instance, folks who do not have a bicycle can ride a stationary bike or substitute a cycle completely by going for a walk, skateboarding, roller blading, etc.

Q: Can I make a donation without registering for the event?

A: Absolutely! Donations can be made without being a registered participant. Navigate to our donations page via the menu bar on the left side of the homepage. From there you can make donations of any amount.

Q: How do I join an existing team if I have already registered?

A: Sign in, click on my profile, manage registration, click “Teams” on the left sidebar, select join existing team, scroll down to the team you want to join then click on update team.

Q: If the challenge already started, can I still join?

A: *Yes, even if you join late you can still participate and help bring awareness to the unsettling reality that 22 veterans are lost to suicide every day.
