31st Annual Healing Hands 5K Run/Walk

Saturday, May 16th 2026

Fun and easy way to support your local community: Walk or run your way to helping people get absolutely free healthcare! Our course is full of people cheering you on no matter the weather.

This is a fundraiser to benefit the Genesee County Free Medical Clinic.

Bring your kids in a stroller. Bring your pup on a leash. Bring everyone you know!
You can be competitive or chill on our course.

PLEASE NOTE: THE START LINE AND FINISH LINE ARE NOW AT THE SAME LOCATION. No more walking from behind the ramp back through the parking lot! Course map has been updated (see "Event Info" at top of website for reference).

Start Time: 

• 9:00 AM - 5K Run
• 9:01 AM - 5K Walk

Location:

• Mott Community College, Event Center.
• Free parking.
• Restrooms only at race site.

Packet Pick-Up:

• 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM the morning of the run/walk at the Event Center

• Can you run with a stroller?

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to run or walk with a stroller!

• Is this race pet friendly?

  • Yes, bring your pup on a leash!

• Will there be restrooms?

  • Restrooms will be only at race site.

• Is this a USATF-sanctioned course?

  • Yes, but due to popular demand, the finish line has been adjusted to start line since certification.

• Will there be post-race refreshments?

  • Yes, of course, and a DJ!
