3rd Annual YMCA Pumpkin Dash 5K

There's no better way to celebrate the Fall than at the YMCA Pumpkin Dash 5K, a FUN event for the whole family! The 5K will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, and begins at 10:00am at Glasgow Park.

The 5K is perfect for everyone, whether you're an avid runner aiming for a personal best or prefer to take a leisurely walk and enjoy the autumn scenery. Participants can choose to run the entire course or walk at their own pace, making this event accessible to all fitness levels. 

Proceeds benefit the YMCA Open Doors Financial Assistance Program.  The YMCA of Delaware is committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.  As one of the largest non-profit organizations in the state, we are dedicated to serving everyone – regardless of age, income, or background.

Saturday October 3rd from 9:00am till 9:55am at Glasgow Park

5K Start Time 10am.

The Kiddo 1K will start at 9:30am near the registration area.
