K9 Hero Awards Ceremony: 9:00–9:50 AM | 5K Starts: 10:00 AM | Rain or Shine
Join the K9 PTSD Research Center in beautiful Bourne, Massachusetts, for a fun, family-friendly morning honoring the K9 heroes who serve and protect our communities every day.
This official 5K walk/run is 3.1 miles. Bring your dog, bring your family, and take part in a meaningful event supporting the care of K9 heroes who have dedicated their lives to service.
The morning begins with our Annual K9 Hero Awards Ceremony from 9:00 to 9:50 AM, where we will honor working K9 heroes and the handlers who stand beside them. The 5K Walk/Run for the K9 Heroes will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
Children under 12 may walk or run for free. The first 300 people to register will receive a FREE official race T-shirt.
All event details, rules, race information, and scheduling will be provided in advance of the event.
Feel good knowing that your participation helps provide funding for the care, welfare, and support of the K9 heroes who serve, protect, and sacrifice for us.
