Celebrate Mother’s Day with purpose, power, and community at our annual 5K Mamas Fun Run—a race designed to honor the strength of mothers at every stage of their journey. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a new mom, expecting, or simply showing up to support, this event is for YOU.
This year, we’re excited to officially introduce our Stroller Division—because motherhood doesn’t pause, and neither should your goals. Bring your little ones along and be part of a movement that celebrates fitness, resilience, and real-life motherhood.
Hosted by 9 Months of 5K, this event goes beyond the finish line. Our mission is to improve maternal health outcomes by promoting fitness, nutrition, and education for women during and after pregnancy. In the U.S., maternal mortality rates remain higher than in other developed countries, with many complications being preventable through proper care and lifestyle support. That’s why every step you take helps us continue our work in empowering women and reducing preventable pregnancy-related complications.
Expect an energizing atmosphere, community support, music, and a meaningful way to celebrate Mother’s Day with family and friends.

Event Information
WHEN DOES THE EVENT START?
Sunday, May 10th
Kids Dash Run/Walk begins at 8:00AM
5K begins at 8:10 am
Stroller 5K begins at 8:15AM
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE 5K?
All ages can participate in the event, anyone participating must have a paid registration. Walkers are also welcome, we just ask that you start in the back of the corral to allow runners to proceed ahead. All participants must finish within the 120 minute timeframe (20 min avg. per mile).
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE KIDS DASH?
Our Kids Dash untimed fun run/walk is limited to children 12 and under. One parent or guardian may escort the child through the route, but it is not required. Strollers are allowed. Older children will be put in the front, and strollers are to be in the back. We ask if you are pushing a stroller you be cautious of other children around you as you pass them.
