About 7th Annual Bartlett Police Week 5K & Obstacle Course

The Bartlett Police Charitable Foundation invites you to join us on May 2nd, 2026, for the 7th Annual Police Week 5K & Obstacle Course. All proceeds will go to the Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), which supports families of fallen officers. This event is located at Bartlett First Responders Monument. Check-in is at 6:30 am, and the opening ceremony is at 8 am. Open to all ages. 

  • Early Bird Special: Sign up before April 1st for a chance to win a $300 Gift card.

  • The 5K is a run/walk event where families, including our furry friends, are invited.

  • Prizes Awarded to Top 5K Finishers

  • Everyone who completes the 5K will also receive a finisher's medal & T-shirt. Register before April 1st to guarantee your size.

  • There will be several food and beer vendors available.

  • Drawing for fabulous "Door Prizes."

  • You can choose the name of the Fallen Officer you wish to run/walk in honor of. (see below)

  • This is a Rain or Shine event.

   The Bartlett Police Charitable Foundation (BPCF) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization raising money for Concern of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), assisting the families of Law Enforcement Officers who are killed in the line of duty. To fulfill that mission, the BPCF offers you the chance to put your brand in front of thousands of loyal customers as a sponsor of the 7th Annual Police Week 5K Run/Walk and Obstacle Course on May 2, 2026.

   Our event gets bigger every year, attracting runners from around the Mid-South to support our cause. This year, we anticipate more than one thousand (1000) participants and thousands more spectators filling Appling Lake Park. From the opening ceremony to honor fallen officers to the food and beer trucks, raffles, obstacle course, and more, this is so much more than another 5K race! 

With a sponsorship to help the families of our fallen, you receive: 

Valor Level Sponsor  - $5000 + 20 Free Race Entries

  • Advertise and promote your company on our social media for one (1) year, including all event materials, emails, flyers, etc., and at least 24 promotions of your company on our social media. 

  • Business category exclusivity

  • Company logo placed on BPCF Enclosed Trailer for two years 3x3 logo for a minimum of eight events, including 2025 & 2026 races and July 4th Fireworks Celebrations for a minimum of 20k impressions.

  • 4x8 Banner placed on Main Stage.

Pace Vehicle Sponsor  - $3500 + 15 Free Race Entries 

  • Company vehicles with signs and logos lead all runners around the race course.

  • Pace vehicles and any other company cars displayed in the sponsor parking zone.

  • 3x5 Banner placed at the Main Stage

  • Larger company logo placed on the race day t-shirt.

  • Recognition in all communications on Facebook and Instagram before, during, and after the event. With a minimum of twenty-five posts over four months on all BPD and BPCF social media accounts, for a minimum of a million monthly impressions.

TIMING / SCORING (Best Times)

The 5th Annual Police Week 5K Run/Walk will use ChronoTrack timing technology. To get an official race time and be included in results, participants MUST wear a bib number with timing device on front of body so they can be validated at the finish on camera.  (see below) The B-Tag technology allows for precision and timing accuracy in road racing performance.
