Black Cat 5K Fun Run & Walk
Join us for the Sixth Annual Black Cat 5K Fun Run & Walk benefiting A Kitten Place Rescue! Participants can choose between our untimed 5K Fun Run/Walk or a relaxed one-mile walk around the lake. After the race, stick around for music, refreshments, raffles, silent auction, awards, and our crowd-favorite costume contest!

Cat Litter & Toy Drive
Bring a donation of clumping or non-clumping cat litter and/or cat and kitten toys to be entered into a special raffle drawing! Winners must be present to claim prizes.
Giveaways for Registered Participants
Registered participants will receive a high quality T-shirt*, Goodie bag filled with giveaways, finishers medal and complementary breakfast items and refreshments!

Parking Information
Parking is available in the grass along both sides of the festivities area, at the park. Please carpool, when possible, to save space. Look for the parking volunteers in orange vests to direct you. There is additional parking at the community pool parking lot at the corner of Mossy Oak Way and Lake Michaela Blvd.

8:00-10:15am: Complementary beverages and breakfast items served for registered participants and corporate sponsor guests, Silent Auction and Raffle Drawing continues, food trucks and music entertainment
8:00-10:30am: Costume Contest Entries
8:30am: Black Cat 5K Fun Run/Walk Warm-Up (in front of stage)
8:40am: 5K***RUNNERS assemble at the start (Beaver Pond Trail/Lake Michaela Blvd)
8:45-8:50am: Black Cat 5K BEGINS! Runners go first, walkers follow
10:15am: Silent Auction/Raffle Drawing winners announced
