Most people walk, so don't let the 5K or "Run" part scare you.
The Trail Run is the same day as the AdironDuck Race, a huge rubber duck race held at the Oswegatchie Educational Center.
When registering, if you are asked to buy a shirt, enter 0. We will have a few available the day of the race if you want one.
This is meant to be a fun event with no official timers.
Registration is $15 but will include a free pancake breakfast the day of the run.
If you are biking the race, you are required to wear a helmet.
Referrals?
We are working on a referral system within this race sign-up. If you have signed up for the 5K, you should automatically be issued a "referral code.' For every 3 people who sign up with your code, you get a $15 referral bonus.
