• CAN I UPDATE MY SHIRT OR TANK SIZE IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET? If your ADVENTURE AWAITS gear has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shirt selection. Just shoot us an email and we can make that change for you. 
  
  
• CAN I UPGRADE TO THE HOODY OPTION AFTER I HAVE REGISTERED? If you would like to upgrade to the Hoody option and your ADVENTURE AWAITS Virtual Run gear has not been shipped out yet, you can purchase the hoody directly from your RunSignup profile by following the steps in THIS TUTORIAL. If the cutoff date to upgrade to the hoody option has passed, please shoot us an email so we can assist you.
  
  
• CAN I UPDATE MY SHIRT SIZE AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED IT? Once you have received your ADVENTURE AWAITS gear in the mail, we aren't able to accommodate shirt exchanges. Sorry!
  
  
• DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART AVAILABLE? Yes, you can view our shirt sizing guide HERE
  
  
• CAN I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL SHIRT, TANK, OR HOODY? Yes, YOU CAN! If you are registered for the event and would like to purchase an additional shirt, tank, or hoody, our customer service team is happy to assist. Please shoot us an email and we can help you out!
  
  

RUNNING FAQs:

• WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RUN? A Virtual Run is an event you can complete Anytime/Anywhere! There isn't a set time or place since virtual runs are meant for you to complete at your convenience and at your own pace.
  
  
• HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TIME? - The completion of the 5K or 10K is on the honor system- so there is no need for you to officially submit your time.  However, we have a growing community of Runners, Joggers, and Walkers who post their times and photos in the official I Run 4 Movement Facebook Group. Once you have completed your run, wear your bling with pride share your pictures with the I Run 4 Movement Family!
  
  
• IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP WE NEED TO USE TO TRACK OUR TIME? You can track your run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like.
  
  
• CAN I COMPLETE MY VIRTUAL RUN BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY GEAR? You don't have to wait to receive your gear in the mail- you can complete your run at any time. However, if you do wait to receive your package in the mail you will be able to wear your ADVENTURE AWAITS gear and rock your bling when you have finished your run.
  
  
• I HAVE A LARGE GROUP - DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS? Yes! Group discounts are available to groups or companies who are looking to participate in an I Run 4 Movement event as a team. If you have a group with 15+ members, please fill out our GROUP FORM and our customer service team will contact you with more information.

• CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?  If your ADVENTURE AWAITS gear has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shipping address. Just shoot us an email and we can make that change for you. 
  
  
• HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY GEAR HAS SHIPPED? You will receive an email with your unique tracking link once your gear has shipped! Just click, track and run!
  
  
• DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?   We can, yes! However, our registration system sometimes has issues accepting these addresses. Please shoot us an email and we can help you out.
  
  
• DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? At this time, shipping is only available to US Registrants. 

REGISTRATION & REFERRAL FAQs: 

• HOW CAN I RECEIVE ANOTHER COPY OF MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL? You can resend yourself a copy of your confirmation email from your RunSignUp profile. Here is a tutorial with the steps to complete this on your end.
  
  
• HOW CAN I FIND MY REFERRAL LINK? There are 2 different ways you can view your referral link. You can find your unique link in your confirmation email or from your RunSignUp profile - HERE. 
  
  
• HOW CAN I SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE REGISTERED THROUGH MY REFERRAL LINK? Thank you for referring your friends! You can track your referred registrations through your RunSignUp Profile. Log into RunSignUp and go to Runner Links>>My Referrals or click THIS LINK. 
  
  
• I REFERRED 5 FRIENDS- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY $25 REFUND? Your referral refund will automatically be processed the day after your 5th Friend registers through your link. Once the refund has been processed, you will see the refund applied to the card you paid within 3-7 business days (depending on your bank).
  
  
• I REFERRED 10, 20, 30, or MORE FRIENDS - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VISA GIFT CARD? Visa Gift Cards will be mailed out at the end of each month. You will receive a unique tracking link and confirmation email when your gear ships out.

• Register for the Adventure Awaits Virtual 5K/10K and complete a 5K/10K anytime anywhere. Simply run or walk 3.1 or 6.2 miles any time and any place that works for you. In your neighborhood, your favorite trail, or even on a treadmill!
• We will ship your official ADVENTURE AWAITS shirt, finisher medal, and race bib (Packages will ship within 3-4 weeks of completing your registration).
• After you complete your 3.1 or 6.2 miles, share your accomplishment and the good you’re doing by posting pictures to social media.
