For May we have Rehab2Perform coming out to talk about common running injuries, how to know the difference between soreness and injury, when it's safe to keep going vs when you need to seek attention, as well as providing some prehab and rehab exercises you can incorporate into your routine. This event will be capped at 75 participants, so sign up early to secure your spot! This event is FREE with active Annapolis Striders club membership. (Coaches and those currently registered for 10k or 5k training groups do not need to pre-register.)
