Welcome to the 14th Annual Super Hero Shuffle 5K/10K Run/Walk!
Voted Most Organized Race in 2019!
Join us for a fun and inspiring event where both runners and walkers can participate in their running gear or dress up as their favorite superhero to help support families affected by childhood cancer. Enjoy a scenic run or walk through the beautiful Big Foot Beach State Park trail with family, friends, or your favorite superhero! Strollers are welcome, as the route follows the park’s hiking trails.

Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026 (RAIN OR SHINE)
Location: Big Foot Beach State Park, 1550 S. Lakeshore Drive, Lake Geneva, WI
Race Start: 10:00 AM
Proceeds benefit the Kisses from Friends Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
Plan for a fun-filled family event- RAFFLES, FOOD, MUSIC, KIDS ACTIVITIES, and much more—opening ceremony before the race to honor all the warriors.
Course Map
Please find attached Race course map. Route will be as close to last year as possible and subject to change due to weather conditions .
5k will be once around . 10k will do an additional lap around.
There will be two water stations on the course
Super Hero Action Items
** 1 mile Fun Run (ages 6-13)$13 no shirt
** 100 yd dash ( no charge for kids up to age 7)
** WALKUPS ARE WELCOME DAY OF EVENT- YOU WILL SCAN A QR CODE AND THEN GO TO CHECK IN AT REGISTRATION TABLE!
** Strollers are welcome on the trail run
** Cash,Check and Credit Card will be accepted to purchase raffles, food, etc
** Pre-Packet pick up Friday May 15th at Big Foot Beach State Park 6-8pm -
** Register by April 25th to Guarantee a Tshirt .IF registered after Guaranteed date of April 25th but before Race day and IF we have your size you can get a tshirt
