About AST Holiday Party with Sensory Sensitive Santa - Austin
Feeling festive? Join us at Rosedale School in Austin on Saturday, November 14th from 1-4PM for a one-of-a-kind sensory-friendly holiday party designed for family members of all ages for games, treats, resources, and a photo with Santa!
To attend the event, please complete the RSVP form. As part of your registration, you will have the option to select a timed Sensory Sensitive Santa Photo Session (optional).
General Event Entry – Free for all attendees, RSVP required
Photo Session – To reserve a Santa photo slot, AST requests a $5 nonrefundable donation.

Sensory Sensitive Santa Photos Additional Info
Please plan to arrive at the event 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Volunteers will be at the event check-in table to direct you to the Santa photo area.
A photographer will be there taking photos and you're also welcome to take photos with your own camera or smart phone!
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but AST cannot guarantee photo sessions for participants who arrive after their designated photo time.
Resource Fair - Organizations & Businesses
To register your business or organization for our Resource Fair at the Holiday Party, click here. Once you submit the form, we will reach out to confirm your preferred method of payment.
Vendor registration
Reserve your Resource Fair spot for your organization or business.
Holiday Party Resource Vendors are asked to bring a holiday art or craft activity.
The vendor registration cost is $450.
We will provide one table and two chairs for each vendor.
If you are also planning on registering as a sponsor for the 2027 Texas Autism Walk, $250 of your Holiday Party Resource Fair registration cost will go toward your Walk sponsorship!
