Back in the Day 5K

We're turning the clock back to 1970. No...1980? 1990? We'll just say 19-something and invite you along for the run! Grab a friend and go back in time to run a race that will remind you that the good ole days aren't gone yet. You'll be stepping back on a high school campus running one of the fastest cross country courses around! (Be sure to check out the Course Info) We won't blame you at all if you even dress the part wearing attire from whatever decade you want to go back to. Heck, we'll even encourage it and give an award for best dressed! Come join us, Back in the Day!

Relatively flat, 2 loop course that starts and ends in the East Davidson Football Stadium. Though it is a cross country course, 80% of the course is on paved surfaces with the rest being grass and crushed gravel. COURSE MAP

In addition to our super sweet 5K, this year we have brought back the Kid's Run for those young runners 10 and under! The Kid's Run will be 1/2K (0.31 miles) and take place at 7:15pm just prior to the start of the Back in the Day 5K Race. All finishers of the Kid's Run will receive a cool, retro themed medal!
