Registration Fees

5K run/walk:
$35 until April 12, 2026 at 10M
$40 until April 20, 2026, at 10 pm
$45 Race Registration Closes May 7th 

The event is capped at 500 runners, so don't wait to register!

Race Day Packet Pick-Up is available; however, all pre-registered participants are encouraged to pick up their packet at Packet Pick-Up.

Race Day

Gun time will be promptly at 7:30 AM. 

In order to start on time, please be parked and in the starting corral with your bib pinned to the FRONT of your shirt by 7:20 AM.  There will be important event announcements starting at 7:20 AM that everyone must be present for.  Our street closures are time sensitive so we cannot start late.  Bib numbers must be pinned on all four corners to the front of your outer-most torso layer.  This will ensure our traffic control, timing/scoring, and security teams know who is a legitimate participant

Mission
Provide appropriate school clothing to K-12 Greater Albuquerque Metro (including Sandoval, Valencia, and Torrance counties) students in need.

Locker #505 student clothing bank is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that has established a student-focused facility where children can try on and choose outfits that they feel good about wearing. Having appropriate school clothing allows children to concentrate on their school work, not their clothing.  It also helps keep children, who might not go to class because of their clothes, stay in school.

It is crucial to us that each student is treated with the utmost respect and kindness and leaves Locker #505 feeling good.  

Awards

1st Place M&F Overall will each earn $100 cash award!
2nd Place M&F Overall will each earn a $60 gift card to Heart & Sole
3rd Place M&F Overall will each earn a $40 gift card to Heart & Sole
1st Place M&F Masters (40+) will each earn a $25 gift card to Heart & Sole
**We will not be double-dipping in any award category. 

Prizes will also be awarded to the top male and top female finishers in the following age groups:
12 & Under
13-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70+

Overall awards will be scored using gun time as the start time.  Age group awards will be scored based on individual chip time.

The award ceremony will begin at 9 AM, or after all categories have been filled.  If you cannot be present for the awards ceremony, you can collect your award at Heart & Sole Sports after May 11th.  No awards will be mailed out.

Event Policy:
Please, no roller blades, skates, bikes, dogs, pets or headphones allowed on the race course. Your race number must be worn on your front and must be visible. DO NOT exchange or give your race number to another participant.

Headphones are strongly discouraged and will disqualify you from an overall award category.

REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Refunds are not allowed for this race. This is a rain, snow, or shine event! We can't wait to run with you!

A Brooks Performance shirt in gender specific sizes from small to 2XL available. Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by April 20th, and may not be available to those registering after that date.
