BMW Performance Classic 2-Mile Run / Walk - 27th Annual

Welcome to the BMW Performance Classic 2-Mile Run/Walk Website!

We're excited for the upcoming 2026 event with increased capacity.

This is a Greenville Track Club Corporate Shield event.

For the 2026 race, we have significantly increased capacity (max includes participants and spectators), which requires off-site parking at The Ultimate Driving Museum (190 Manatee Court, Greer) with a shuttle to the event site.  

We are also offering Paid On-Site Parking as an option.  To purchase, sign up for the On-Site Parking Event in addition to the PARTICIPANT Event.

As the event occurs in an area restricted to the public, ALL participants and spectators must register and sign a waiver.  Spectators regardless of age are required to register ('SPECTATOR') and sign a waiver at no charge.  Spectators will be given a wristband and participants must wear race bibs during the event.  Spectator registration does NOT include refreshments. 

We have a minimum participant age requirement of 5 years old, in line with RRCA guidelines that children under this age group should only participate in "dash" events. All registered participants should be able to finish the race on their own (not in a stroller, or carried by an adult). Strollers are permitted, however should line up in the back of the field.  Dogs are not permitted.

Timing is based on "Gun/Horn Time".  A participant's race time starts with the horn and stops when the participant crosses the finish line as captured by the chip on their bib.  Strollers and walkers are kindly asked to line up in the back of the field.

August 10th at 12:01am - Registration Opens.  Past races have reached capacity quickly.

August 31st - Early registration deadline (Price increase) and last day to pre-order a cap.

September 17th - Pre-Race Packet Pickup 5:00-7:00 PM at Fleet Feet, 635 Augusta St, Greenville.  Every participant picking up their race packet on 9/17 at Fleet Feet will receive a $10 store coupon. Please do not park at the church across the street! 

September 18th - Race Day!! Packet Pickup 5:00-6:00 PM. Race Start is at 6:15 PM.  Free Parking @ The Ultimate Driving Museum (190 Manatee Ct, Greer) opens 4:45pm.

This is a 2-Mile road race on a closed course, the BMW Performance Center track. It is flat and fast with only a couple of small hills.
