About Bolt for the Heart - Thanksgiving Day 5K
We invite your family and you to participate in our 15th Annual Bolt for the Heart Family 5K on Thanksgiving Morning! The focus of Bolt for the Heart is to save as many lives as possible, by placing automatic external defibrillators (AED’s) in our law enforcement heroes’ patrol cars.

The 5K course is very fun to run or walk. We will start next to the Carter Center Green and Palladium and head west to Guilford. Go north on Guilford and take a sharp right on Main Street. Once we enter the Carmel Arts and Design District you will turn right onto our beautiful new Mid town section. We will run on the Monon Trail until reaching Gradle Drive, turn right on Third Ave and head to the finish line.

- No, they are not allowed

- Show QR code (on phone or hard copy) from your registration email (please show photo id if you do not have the QR code from the registration email)
- Collect your bib number and then pickup your t-shirt
