About Boscobel Firecracker Run/Walk

Kick off your Fourth of July at Kronshage Park by participating in either the 5‑Mile Run or the 2‑Mile Walk/Run. A Children’s Fun Run will begin at 8:00 AM (no registration required for the kids’ run). Enjoy free swimming at the pool following the race, and then head downtown for the Independence Day parade.

Proceeds from this event help cover race expenses, with remaining funds supporting community tourism initiatives through the Boscobel Chamber of Commerce and contributing to scholarship opportunities through the Boscobel Education Foundation.

Please note: The race will be held rain or shine. Refunds are not available if the event is canceled due to severe weather.

Although we make every attempt to stop traffic during the course, we must remind participants that this is NOT A CLOSED COURSE. Please watch for traffic and stay safe!

Packet Pickup / Registration

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup will be from
7:00am–8:00am:  at the shelters at Kronshage Park

Results & Rewards

Medals will be presented directly after the race to overall male & female top finishers. 
Medals will also be presented to 1st-3rd place finishers in each age
group, male and female, for both the 2 mile & 5 mile run.
