About Burke Heels & Wheels 5K & Kid's Fun Run
Wheelchair athletes, runners, walkers and families all compete together at the annual Heels & Wheels 5K Road Race & Walk and Kids Fun Run.
The Heels & Wheels 5K is unique in that it is one of the only events of its kind that allows participants of all ability levels to compete together in a supportive environment. Community members are invited to cheer on the athletes.
Event Information
8:30 AM: Registration begins
9:30 AM: Registration closes and Kids Fun Run begins
9:45 AM: 5K race begins
Register by March 20 to get a shirt! After 3/20, T-shirts are available as long as supplies last.
Overall Male, Female and Non Binary, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be awarded, along with additional classes of runners by age group and gender.
Kids Fun Run participants will receive a participation ribbon.
Event is rain or shine.
