Join Child & Family Agency for our 5K Run & Walk for Mental Health in Groton on Saturday, October 31!
Dress in your favorite costume, bring your family and friends, and choose between a timed 5K run, an untimed 1.5-mile walk, or a children's fun run.
After the race, stick around for a costume contest, food trucks, and family-friendly activities. Every registration helps support Child & Family Agency's mental health programs for children and families throughout southeastern Connecticut.

Day of registration will be taken on-site on Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 8:30am - 9:30am.

Yes, the 5K race portion of this event will be timed. Results will be posted onsite and online.

T-shirts are guaranteed to individuals who register by October 16. After October 16, t-shirts will be provided while supplies last.
