Christmas 5K/10K/Half Marathon in July Meet Up - Denver

Celebrate the holiday spirit in the middle of summer at the Christmas in July 5K/10K/Half Marathon MEET UP!  This means Santa is on Vacay!

WHOA!!!

This is definitely something different!  Part Virtual - Part Live Event!

You run your 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon on your own (when ever you want); then come by the "Finish Line/Party" between 9 am - 12 pm and collect all your swag.  That's right...Finisher Medal, Race Shirt, Bib, and...Age Group Awards (but ya gotta finish before 10:00 am on Meet Up Day so we have results for those age group awards).  You can finish afterwards, but we won't have award pins for you at the Meet up.

We'll have a good time, Photo Back Drop, Christmas music, and all the swag!

Come on out and join us at Nixon's Coffee House (Behind Hundson Gardens on the Platte Trail, so it's super easy to get that run in before we start) .

This festive Event brings all the cheer of the season—without the cold—giving athletes a fun and energetic way to race during the warm summer months.

Whether you’re tackling the 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon, you’ll enjoy a spirited race atmosphere filled with holiday flair, seasonal fun, and motivation from start to finish. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome to join in the celebration.

All athletes who cross the finish line will receive a custom finisher medal and a spirited, race-themed shirt to commemorate their accomplishment. Awards will be presented to men and women for all three distances to the top finishers in the usual five-year age groups, starting at 10 & Under.

Break out the holiday cheer, lace up your running shoes, and make summer miles merry at the Christmas in July 5K/10K/Half Marathon.

And don't forget those costumed photos...Dress up to get your Sack of Goodies.

*All participants registered by 07/15 are guaranteed race swag in your size. Afterwards, swag will be while supplies last.

Step 1

Get excited, grab some friends and buddies to join you!  Sign up and register for the Christmas in July Meet Up!

Step 2

Download your Custom Digital Bib (if you're running before meet up day)!  Hydrate, grab your buddy (or not), and get ready to get moving!

Step 3

Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want.   Please remember to be safe!

Step 4

HAVE FUN!~

Share your distance, a selfie, or a picture along your race route and use the hashtag #Christmas5kinJuly

Step 5

Submit your results directly on RunSignUp.com by clicking on the RESULTS PAGE (Submit Virtual Times).

It's totally up to you...Find a Treadmill, a trail by a lake, or up a hill...it's totally up to you!

Running is more F-U-N together, even if we're far apart! 

Grab your friends, co-workers, neighbors or family and participate as a TEAM.  Your TEAM can be local or across the states; virtual participants will have their shirts shipped!  Teams of 5 or more receive discounts off their registration, discounts below.

• 11+:  $3.75 off
• 21+:  $5 off
• 51+:  $6.25 off
• 100+:  $7.50 off

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds and will be disqualified.

All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.

Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.

Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.

No COVID-19 Refunds.  If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided.  The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
