Registration Information
- Limited to the first 300 participants who register online
- No in-person registration
- Volunteer Registration
Program Schedule (Wednesdays)
- June 3 – Arrive 5:00 PM (check-in & name tag pickup) | Start: 5:45 PM
- June 10 – Arrive 5:30 PM | Start: 5:45 PM (check-in if first time attending)
- June 17 – Arrive 5:30 PM | Start: 5:45 PM (check-in if first time attending)
- June 24 – Arrive 5:30 PM | Start: 5:45 PM (check-in if first time attending)
Registration Fees
- $5 per child
- $10 maximum per family
- Covers all 4 Wednesday meets
Please register using your child’s information:
- Select “Add New Registrant” → “Minor (Under 18)”
- Add each child individually
- The family cap ($10) will automatically apply at checkout
Event Information & Age Groups
Running Events:
- 100m Dash — Ages 4–5
- 200m Dash — Ages 4+
- 400m Run — Ages 6+
- 800m Run — Ages 6+
- 1 Mile Run — Ages 6+
Field Events (Best of 3 Attempts):
- Long Jump — Ages 4+
- Shot Put — Ages 6+
Field Event Schedule (Alternating Weeks):
Girls:
- June 3 & 17 — Long Jump
- June 10 & 24 — Shot Put
Boys:
- June 3 & 17 — Shot Put
- June 10 & 24 — Long Jump
Event Flow
- Events run in the order listed above (youngest age groups first)
- Long jump and shot put open after warm-ups
- Please complete field events early in the evening while you are not running
- Field events close when the 200m dash begins
Awards
- Placement Ribbons: 1st–6th place in each heat
- Age groups are in 2-year increments (e.g., 4–5, 6–7, etc.)
- Rainbow Ribbon: Available for participants who do not place
- Personal Improvement Ribbon: Track your results over all four weeks. If improvement is shown, a ribbon is awarded during the final week.
Program Rules
- Maximum of 3 events per participant
- Check in on your first night; name tag (first name, last name and age) required each week
- All participants must join the warm-up session
- Track & field access is limited to competitors and officials only. Spectators must remain in the stands. Pacing an athlete may result in disqualification. Parents may assist younger children in short sprint events if needed
- No pets allowed
Weather Policy
- Events will be canceled in the case of lightning or heavy rain
- Cancellation updates will be posted on the Columbia Track Club Facebook page by 5:00 PM
- No make-up dates
