About Countryside YMCA Healthy Kids Triathlon
Our annual Healthy Kids Triathlon is an amazing event to give kids ages 6-14 the experience of a real triathlon! Beginner & experienced young athletes welcome.
The race is held at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, where participants swim in our Olympic size outdoor pool, bike on the Countryside/Lebanon Bike Trail and run cross country on the Y’s outdoor fields and Nature Trail.
Grouped into similar age ranges, all participants will swim, bike and run to the finish line. Each group will have their own race length, swimming in our outdoor pool, biking along the Countryside YMCA/Lebanon bike trail and running along our outdoor fields and Hewitt P. Mulford Nature Trail. All participants will be awarded with a medal as they cross the finish line for their hard work. Once done, racers and their families are invited to stay and celebrate at the Outdoor Pool Pavilion with Skyline Chili Dogs, Ice Cream, & Family Fun games.
The annual Healthy Kids Triathlon benefits the Countryside YMCA’s Annual Campaign community outreach in Warren County.

7:30-8:00am – Late Packet Pick-Up For Out of Town Participants & Bike Check-in for all ages (All Bikes must be checked in no later than 15 minutes before the 1st age group starting. Athletes must be in attendance.
8:15am – 1st call for all 6-8 yr. old participants
8:30am – 6-8 yr. old event begins
8:45am – 1st call for all 9-11 yr. old participants
9:00am – 9-11 yr. old event begins
9:15am – 1st call for 12-14 yr. old participants
9:30am – 12-14 yr. old event begins
10:00am – Awards for 6-8 yr. olds presented at the Pavilion**!
10:30am – Awards for 9-11 yr. olds presented at the Pavillion**!
11:15am – Awards for 12-14 yr. olds presented at the Pavillion**!
Celebration Party - The Celebration Party will sponsored by Skyline Chili and Shine Orthodontics will begin immediately following the 1st age group. Skyline, Ice Cream, Games and lots of fun.
**Awards will be given once all participants have finished their age group.
