What is the course terrain like?

Lakeshore Loop - packed dirt, even terrain, slight to moderate elevation changes

Can you run with a stroller?

We welcome parents with jogging strollers for the 2.3-Mile Run/Walk. The 5K route would be challenging to complete.

Your child must remain securely fastened inside the stroller while on the course for safety and insurance reasons

Can you run with a dog?

We love dogs! Because of our love for dogs and your safety, we do not allow them to participate in a race designed for people unless they are service dogs.
