Will the event be canceled if it rains?

No, We will have the 5K, 1-Mile Stroll, and Fun Run in the rain. 

When is Packet Pickup?

Packet Pickup is Friday, October 3, 1:00-6:00 pm at Crossroads Pregnancy Care, 256 Trumbauersville Road, Quakertown, PA 18951

Can I register in person at packet pickup?

Yes, we will have a computer available for anyone looking to register on Friday and pick up their packets the same day. You can also register on your phone at pickup and still receive your packet.

What if I register at home on October 3? Can I still pick up my packet between 1:00-6:00 pm? 

You can still pick up your packet, even if you registered the same day.

What if I registered after the T-shirt deadline?

We ordered extra shirts. We recommend you come early to the Friday packet pickup if you missed the deadline. 

If I registered in time for the T-Shirt, will my T-Shirt still be available on Saturday during Packet Pickup and Registration?

Yes, anyone who registered in time (September 14th) will have all their T-shirts set aside in our "guaranteed" section. If you cannot come to the Friday packet pick-up, rest assured that your T-shirt will be waiting for you on Saturday! 

I can no longer make it to the event and won't be able to pick up my packet on Friday or Saturday. Can I come later?

Race Shirts will not be saved. We don't have adequate staff to manage unclaimed shirts. Once registration closes at 9:30 any leftover shirts will be distributed out to participants that didn't get one. I highly suggest you see if a friend/or family member can pick up your packet on your behalf. If you have no intentions of coming on Saturday and are registered for the 5K, please let us know so that we don't assign you a bib.  

Will registration be open on Saturday?

Yes, You can register on your phone and walk up to pick up your bib, if applicable, and a T-shirt if there are any left. We will leave online registration open eliminating paper registration. You will need to sign up on your phone register. If you do not have a smartphone please come to the information table where we can lend you a device to sign up. 

What forms of payment will be accepted on Saturday for Registration?

We will only be accepting online registration this year. We will have a Square Reader for anyone wishing to purchase Merch, additional Race T-shirts, and donations. 

I don't know how to sign up on my phone. Can I just fill out a paper form on Friday or Saturday? 

Unfortunately, no, feel free to come to our Information Table between 8:30 and 9:30 on Saturday with your phone and you can easily scan a QR code that will direct you to the registration platform. One of our volunteers will happily help you through the process.

Will the Kids' Zone be canceled for rain?

The Kids' Zone will be rain or shine. This year we will have the Kids' Zone under the large pavilion located to the right of the restrooms. the bounce houses will not be operable in high winds but will operate in the rain. PLEASE BRING EXTRA SOCKS AND CLOTHES FOR THE KIDS!

If you decide that you'd like to join us in our efforts to raise funds, we've outlined the steps here:

INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISER

- Click on "Become a Fundraiser" to begin!
- Follow the prompts to enter information about your personal fundraiser -- this includes your name, a tagline...even your own URL.  
- You may keep the default goal amount or increase it if you wish!
- Use the description we've provided or personalize it as appropriate. 
- Other ways to personalize your page are by uploading a profile photo, creating a slideshow, and sharing your personal story that inspires people to donate.
- Share your fundraising page with friends, and family, and on social media to start raising money.
- You'll be able to monitor your progress and thank your donors as you reach your fundraising goals right from your page!

TEAM FUNDRAISER

Want to Fundraise as a Team? Here's How...
- First, Become an Individual Fundraiser (see above).
- Next, "Join a Team" by searching for the team you want to join OR creating a team of your own!
- Follow the prompts to enter information about your team -- this includes a name and your team's goal!
- Customize this page as you did for your own -- add photos, videos, and a story that inspires people to donate.

- Monitor your progress and thank your donors as you and your team reach your fundraising goals.

Fundraising Teams are meant for participants who want to raise money while participating in our EVENT. These teams focus on fundraising and typically have a fundraising goal that each member is encouraged to help reach. Members of a fundraising team will first set up their own individual fundraising pages to collect donations from friends, family, and colleagues -- and all of these efforts count towards the goal of the team!  Aim high!

Why Volunteer?

At Crossroads, we believe that community involvement is a key factor in driving positive change. We are excited to announce our biggest annual community fundraiser and are looking for volunteers to help us make it a success. Our fundraiser not only raises awareness about Crossroads' impact on the community, but it also generates the resources we need to continue making a difference. 

We have various volunteer positions available, and we welcome everyone who wants to lend a hand. Without the support of our volunteers, this event would not be possible. If you are a student or employee looking to fulfill your volunteer requirements, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact the Race Director, and they will assist you in filling out any necessary forms.
