** 10K FAQs **
Why aren't there Masters or Age Group awards? There simply aren't enough 10K runners, so help us grow by telling your friends about our race!
Why isn't the 10K offered on Saturday or Monday? Dalmatian Run Fest isn't big enough. Help us grow by telling your friends about our races!
Is the course walker-friendly? VERY! The course is beautiful, scenic and mostly flat. Also, the cutoff is really generous!
Is the course protected from weather? Most of the 10K course has great tree-cover, which nicely blocks the wind, but maybe not the rain. The sections through the college and across the dam are open to all elements and could be windy. There are a few spots on the course that could get icy, but we'll make sure they are marked.
Is the 10K part of any 3-day event packages? Yes. The fireman's Ladder is a Half Marathon on Saturday, the 10K on Sunday and the 5K on Monday.
Are there any discounts? We offer a discount to several area running clubs. If you think your running club's members would be interested, please email us to discuss.
I have a question that isn't answered here. Check the General FAQs page

I have a question that isn't answered here. Check the General FAQs page
- Dalmatian Virtuals: Half, Marathon, Ultra and Triple

** SCHEDULE **
Virtual Run Period Start: 01/30/2026 12:01 AM
Virtual Run Period End: 03/01/2026 11:59 PM
Report your time and mileage by: 03/04/2026 11:59 PM
How long do I have for each event?
- An event does not need to be completed in a single run, but should be completed within a 15-hour period.
- If you are running a Triple Virtual, you have a 15-hour window for each of your three events.
- The 3 events for the Triple Virtuals do not need to be run on consecutive days, as long as they are all complete within the Virtual Run Period.
- Important: the Virtual Triples should be completed as 3 separate events that are at least as long as the distance you registered for. For instance, the Virtual Triple Ultra is 3 @ 33.7-mile events, so running 40 miles/40 miles/21 miles will not qualify you for a 101-mile buckle, but running 40 miles/40 miles/34 miles will.
** REPORTING YOUR TIME **
How do I report my time?
- Go to the Results page on RunSignUp. Click on the "Submit Virtual Results" button at the top of the screen.
- If you are logged in, the system will take you straight to the entry screen. If you aren't logged in, enter your information, and follow the prompts until you get to the entry screen.
- You may enter your total time and total mileage OR you may choose to just indicate that you completed your event..
- Choose Submit
- If you miss the reporting window, email the race director for help
Do I have to report my time?
- If you are running a single Virtual Half, Virtual Marathon or Virtual Ultra, you don't have to tell us anything unless you want to be eligible for an award.
- If you are running a Triple, you'll want to tell us you finished the events in order to get your finisher's gift, but you don't have to upload your time.
- If you are running the Triple Ultra and want to receive the Dizzy Dalmatian buckle, you'll need to upload your time/distance, so we can verify that you ran 3 events of at least 33.7 miles each. Else you will receive the standard Triple Finisher's gift.

Awards
If we have more than 5 people registered for a distance, there will be a 1st-place award
- To be eligible for an award, you need to upload your time, and send us your proof of your mileage and time for verification.
- You must EMAIL us the proof at Kay.WrathRacing@yahoo.com even if you upload it to RunSignup. We cannot download it from RunSignup.
- Your proof must contain:
• Start Time and Date
• End Time and Date
• Total Mileage
- What type of proof is best?
• The best is a link to your Garmin/ Strava/ RunKeeper etc
• If you 'double-dip' with an in-person race, you can send us a link to their results
• Other proof is acceptable as long as we can determine your start time/end time and total mileage.
• Photos of your watch may be eligible if they contain the required data.
- If you do not want an award, you don't need to send us proof.
Shipping:
We will most likely ship your swag the week following the in-person event. We ship USPS, and can provide tracking numbers if requested.
NOTE: Finishers gifts (including Buckles for the Triple Ultra) won't ship until you have indicated that you are done.
It should go without saying, but please make sure that your mailing address is correct on your RunSignup profile. We will not pay to re-ship virtual packets, store items, awards or raffle items that have been returned as Undeliverable.
** VIRTUAL FAQs **
Do I have to track my run with a particular app?
No, but if you intend to submit your proof for the Award, we recommend Garmin or Strava.
Can I run on a treadmill? Can I submit a picture of the treadmil display as Proof?
Yes. However, if you are submitting proof for an award, you may need a backup data source since your treadmill may not display enough information.
I'm trying to enter my time for the Virtual Half, but I only see the Dalmatian Virtual. Help!
All distances except the Triple Virtual will enter their time into the Dalmatian Virtual. Enter your distance when the system requests it.
I'm signed up for one of the Virtual Triples. But it won't let me enter my time. What am I doing wrong?
It's not you. It's RunSignup. They won't let anybody report more than 1 time for a virtual event. So email your results to us, and we'll manually enter them for you.

This sounds hard - any tips?
-
Take it slow: going fast on Day 1 will make Day 2 harder.
-
Recover well: keep moving by visiting a museum or sightseeing; soak in the hot tub at your hotel or use the spin bike to flush the lactic acid from your legs. Get plenty of rest!.
-
Make friends: You'll notice that the Mega-Marathoners and runners who are on the Fanatics and Maniacs leaderboards tend to hang out together on the course. That's not just because they've met at other races. It's also because they've learned that company makes the miles easier!

- FAQs & Answers
*** GENERAL QUESTIONS ***
Where is the race? Where should I stay? Where do I park?
https://runsignup.com/Race/DalmatianRunFest/Page/Race-Location
When is packet pickup?
3p-5p each night and before the race each morning. More details here.
What time does my race start?
7:15a: Ultra & Marathon 8:00a: 10K, Half & 3Q 9:00a: 5K More details here.
Is there water on the course? Do I have to bring my own food?
There are 3 water-only stops and 2 aid stations with food. Get full details here.
Where can I watch the runners?
Find spectator information here!
Can I start early?
We do not allow early starts. USATF rules make it too confusing for the runners, volunteers and results.
Can I start late?
Yes, as long as you can finish your race before the course closes. (We understand that Life and Traffic happens.) Your gun time will start at your race's official start time, but your chip time will reflect your actual time.
What's the weather like?
The average High temperature for this weekend is 62*, and the average Low temperature is 40*, but the weather in February in Texas can be unpredictable: hot, cold, sunny, overcast, still, windy, and sometimes all of those within 24 hours. We recommend that you pack for all possibilities, and look for weather updates in the final pre-race email.
** CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / DEFERRALS / ETC **
Will you cancel the race if it rains? What about if it snows? Under what circumstances might the race be cancelled?
The race could be cancelled due to a severe weather event that causes dangerous conditions, or at the request of local authorities. (For those that are unfamiliar with the course, there is limited vehicular access, so removing an injured runner from the course can be time- and resource intensive. When it's snowy or icy, those emergency resources might already be committed elsewhere.) For example, we postponed the 2021 race because of the Texas Snowpocalypse.
What are your COVID-19 precautions?
In order to be USATF-Sanctioned, we have to create an extensive safety plan for their review. The biggest precautions we're taking are the staggered start times and individually packaged items.
Can I get a refund if I won't be racing for some reason?
We don't offer full or partial refunds
Can I defer my race? Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
We allow deferrals for the Half, Full and Ultras, but not for the 5K or 10K. All distances can transfer your bib for $10, as long as you do it by the t-shirt deadline. Please see our Standard policies here.
** EVENT SPECIFIC INFORMATION **
What can I win?
We give out awards to the top runners in each event, and we also give out Big Dog awards to the best times for all 3 days!
What are the course records?
https://runsignup.com/Race/DalmatianRunFest/Page/Course-Records
I'm doing the Virtual. What else do I need to know?
This page tells you the rules and how to submit your results!
Do you have divisions for Adaptive athletes?
Yes. https://runsignup.com/Race/DalmatianRunFest/Page/Adaptive-Athletes
What is the DoubleDog Dare?
Run two Halves in the same day! Click here to find out how!
** MISCELLANEOUS **
Does this race benefit a charity?
Yes! The Dalmatian Run Fest benefits the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (aka TCAP.) Click on their icon anywhere on this site to learn more about them.
Can I run with a stroller? Can I use trekking poles?
Yes and Yes.
Can I run with my dog?
Ironically, no. Our USATF insurance won't cover events with dogs. :(
The race on Monday is named after Mia. Who is that?
Mia was our rescued Black Lab. She enjoyed her walks on the original Dalmatian Run Fest course, so we decided to name one of the races after her. Mia attended the race in '18-21, but passed away in January '22.
What is the connection to Dalmatians?
We could say something about Dalmatians being natural long-distance athletes, and we could even link to supporting articles (https://www.thepuppymag.com/are-dalmatians-good-running-dogs), but nah, that's not it. If you run the Ultra Marathon each day, you'll run 101 miles over the weekend! Like the number of Dalmatians in that movie we'd be sued if we mentioned ... We call that package the 'Dizzy Dalmatian 101' and give a cool buckle to finishers.

BUT there may no longer be any support at the Aid Stations, and you may be asked to sign a waiver and take a light with you.
Is there an early start? No. Early starts have caused too much confusion in the past, so instead we changed the regular start times to be earlier.
Can I start late? Yes. We understand that Life and Traffic happens. Your gun time will start at your race's official start time, but your chip time will reflect your actual time. See also the Cutoff question above and Drop-down option questions below.
Is there a drop-down option?
- You can choose to drop down to any shorter distance that is offered that day as long as you have completed that mileage (or more).
- IMPORTANT: You and the Timer must both sign the Drop Down Sheet (located on a clipboard at the Timing Tent) for your Drop Down to be official
- You will be listed in the results of the shorter distance as an official finisher.
- You will get the medal corresponding to the race you completed.
- You will get the swag of your original distance (after all, you paid for it!)
- BUT if you drop down in distance, you won't be eligible for any awards.

** MARATHON FAQ **
Are the Dalmatian Run Fest marathons Boston qualifiers? Yes. We have professional timing and the course is USATF Certified for distance (#TX21021LAB) Here's what makes a race a Boston qualifier:
Is the race record-eligible? Yes. The race is USATF Sanctioned for 2024
Are there official pacers? We don't offer organized pace groups.
Is the marathon walker-friendly? Yes! It's flat and has a very generous time limit. Lot's of people walk the Dalmatian Run Fest Marathons!
Is the course protected from weather? Most of the course has great tree-cover, which nicely blocks the wind, but maybe not the rain. The sections through the college and across the dam are open to all elements and could be windy. There are a few spots on the course that could get icy in the rare Texas cold-snap, but we'll make sure they are marked.
How come there aren't any Age Group awards? We'd really like to give Age Group awards, but the Marathons don't have enough people in each race to justify them. Help us grow, and hopefully we can offer Age Group awards soon!
Are there any discounts? We offer a discount to several large running clubs: Marathon Maniacs, Half Fanatics and the 100 Marathons club. If you think your large running club's members would be interested, please email us to discuss.
Are there any package deals? Yes, the Triple Dog Dare includes all three days of Marathons.

- Volunteers
Dalmatian Run Fest needs you!
Racing has a really odd business model. What other industry relies so heavily on a few key part-time people and an army of volunteers? Yet volunteers are the heart and soul of any race, and races couldn't function without them. Dalmatian Run Fest is no exception: in order to provide a great experience to our runners while raising funds for our worthy beneficiary, TCAP, we need volunteers!
What do Dalmatian Run Fest volunteers get?
-
Our volunteers get to help runners have fun, achieve their goals and stay safe.
-
Our volunteers get fed: Coffee and Pastries for early shifts; pizza for mid-day shifts, etc. And you can eat and drink anything you want at the aid stations.
-
Our volunteers get a special Volunteer swag bag!
-
Our volunteers can get community service hours, so it's great for High School students! Volunteer with a friend to make it more fun and you can both earn your hours!
-
Or if you don't need Community Service hours, you can get race credits towards free or discount races. **We're introducing a new Race Credit program in 2024. It's not ready yet, but it will be retroactive to al volunteer shifts in 2024!**
-
We'll pay for hotel rooms for our Lead Volunteers.
What kind of volunteer roles are there?
Here's an overview. If you are interested in volunteering, please select the closest shift to your availability. The system will ask your exact times of availability later in the sign-up process
-
Packet Pickup: Give runners their packets; answer their questions; assist them with things like switching distances; help with same-day registration.
Learn more about volunteering for Packet Pickup -
Main Aid Station: Feed runners and make sure their favorite foods are stocked, cheer them on, hand out finisher medals, do afternoon packet pickup
Learn more about volunteering at the Main Aid Station -
Far Aid Station: Feed runners and cheer them on, help keep them on course, monitor the out-and-back and the 10K turnaround. This role is physically demanding, since there's no parking or toilet facilities nearby
Learn more about volunteering at the Far Aid Station -
Paw Patrol Safety Team: Ride your bike, scooter or roller blades around the course to keep an eye on the runners and on the unmanned aid stations. It's helpful to have a backpack or bike basket to carry things, like packs of water.
Learn more about volunteering for Paw Patrol -
Logistics: Help out before and after the race! Logistics includes tasks on race weekend like course setup, Aid Station setup, Aid Station breakdown, Parking, signage, etc. We also need help the week before the race with things like shopping, packet stuffing, organizing, and loading the van. And we need help the week after the race with things like shipping awards, and inventory/ organizing/putting race gear away.
Learn more about race day logistics and pre/post race logistics -
5K Team: The 5K has a lot of moving parts, so we've created a separate 5K team to help ensure everything goes smoothly!
Learn more about volunteering for the 5K Team
Which jobs work best if you want to run AND volunteer the same weekend?
-
If you're hoping to PR, volunteer for any of the shorter shifts so you don't get over-tired: packet pickup and Aid Stations are great, and so are some of the logistics roles. The description tells you what the physical demands will be.
-
If you're training for a Triathlon, volunteer for Bike Support! Get bike training while volunteering!
-
If you're an early bird, help John with Course Setup!
What jobs work best if you want to run AND volunteer the same day? It depends what distance you're running. You can:
-
Volunteer for Packet Pickup, then run your race!
-
Run a shorter race (like the Half Marathon, 5K or 10K), then volunteer at one of the aid stations!
-
Volunteer as a Driver (it's part of Logistics) and help us out by running errands and/or shuttling volunteers before or after your race!
Which roles require the most people?
-
Packet Pickup on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning: Most of our runners will run more than one day, which means that most of our runners will pick up their packets on Friday afternoon or Saturday. These are also the people that will have the most swag. If we can get them set up correctly at packet pickup, the entire weekend will flow better for them and for us!
-
Packet Pickup on Monday morning: .We are generally the ONLY RACE IN TEXAS ON PRESIDENT'S DAY, so we may have a ton of runners! Also, the 5K is Monday & 5K runners are more likely than distance runners to be first-time racers, and more likely to do same-day registration. All of this means that Monday morning could be chaotic. Having plenty of packet-pickup volunteers can really help!
Which volunteer role is the most important?
The volunteer who brings the coffee, lol!! But seriously, any volunteer that is talking to the general public is in the most important role at that time. It's important to stay on the good side of the residents of the communities around the lake, so that their HOAs continue to give us permission to use their spaces
Which role is the hardest to fill?
The Medical Support role is the hardest to fill. This role is actually mis-named because it's not limited to medical personnel. Also it's not strictly volunteer:
-
For Dalmatian Run Fest, we want people who have CPR/First Aid and are trained to react in a medical emergency, but who also have the knowledge to help a runner work out a cramp or stretch a sore muscle. So physicians and nurses, but also licensed 'body work' professionals.
-
We have a (small) budget, and our 'medical' personnel can receive tips, get sponsorship promotions, and even sell some services.
-
We prefer people who can commit to an entire 8-hour day, but you don't need to commit to the entire weekend.
Learn more about the Medical support role or email kay.wrathracing@yahoo.com if you are a licensed healthcare provider and are interested in providing your services.
Thank You!

Adaptive Athletes and Athletes With Disabilities (AWD)
The Dalmatian Run Fest allows handcycles, push-rim wheelchairs and racing push-chairs in all of our events. We will also accommodate runners who use Guide Runners in accordance with USATF guidelines.
*** GENERAL INFORMATION ***
Accessible Restrooms
Dalmatian Run Fest will provide 2 accessible port-o-lets per loop: (1) at the start/finish and (1) at the Old Boat Ramp
Course:
- Surface: Mostly paved; the gravel sections are primarily small gravel; the start/finish has some larger gravel and may have some ruts.
- Elevation: A few short, steep bridges. The start/finish is at the highest point of the course, approximately 85 feet above water level; we change directions each day so we do the long climb to the dam on Sat/Mon, and the steep climb to the dam on Sunday.
- Navigability: the bridges have fold-down safety bollards in the center which makes them tricky to navigate; the Far-Aid out-n-back is narrower than the rest of the course (standard sidewalk width);
- Turns: The turn-around at Far-Aid out-and-back is 180* and narrow but with good shoulders; there are also 2 90* turns on the course.
Cut-offs
All athletes need to be able to complete the race within the cut-off times. As long as you start your last lap before 5PM, someone on the RD team will wait for you and give you your medal and an official finish time. BUT there may no longer be any support at the Aid Stations, and you may be asked to sign an additional waiver and take a light with you.
Parking
The parking lot is very steeply sloped, so we reserve special parking for our adaptive athletes at the start/finish line. We'll send the parking map and parking permit about a week before the race.
Safety Precautions
We enforce the standard safety precautions, including but not limited to:
• Riders need to wear seatbelts
• Handcycle and push-rim athletes must wear a protective helmet at all times when the participant is on the racecourse.
• Handcycles and push-rim wheelchairs need to have a high-vis flag or blinking red rear light; both is preferred
Start Time
Handcycles, push-rim wheelchairs, and push-chairs will start 5 minutes earlier than the runners; results will be based on chip-time.

You can only use the DoubleDog on a day when you are also running a normal-price Half Marathon.
-
On the day you use your DoubleDog, you may start your first race with the Marathoners (ie 1 hour earlier than the Half Marathoners.
-
When you are done with your first Half Marathon, and ready to start your next one, take your DoubleDog bib to the Timing tent and tell them you are starting.
-
You may rest between your two Half Marathons, but don't rest too long - you must start your 4th/final lap by 5PM!
What do I get for my money? For each day that you use a DoubleDog, you'll get:
-
2 Bibs
-
2 official times, reported in the results
-
A medal for each event you complete.
-
Plus the usual swag from the full-price Half Marathons you're registered for!
What if I am running two days or three days and want to DoubleDog on more than 1 day?
-
You can! You can buy up to 3 DoubleDogs.
-
You can only use 1 DoubleDog per day.
-
There are no refunds if you decide not to use one.
I'm already registered for a Half Marathon. How do I add the DoubleDog?
The DoubleDog is set up as an Add On. You can go into your RunSignUp profile and add it to your registration.
If you aren't sure how to do that, here's RunSignup's tutorial:
https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000062916
I'm registered for a 10K, can I add the DoubleDog?
No. The DoubleDog is only for Half Marathoners.
I'm registered for the Marathon. Can I add the DoubleDog?
No. The DoubleDog is only for Half Marathoners.
I bought a DoubleDog, but I'm not going to use it. Can I get a refund? Can I give it to a friend?
There are no refunds, but you can transfer it to a friend without a transfer fee:
-
Your friend need to be registered for a Half Marathon. They can only use the DoubleDog bib on the day they run their Half.
-
Email the race director to get the DoubleDog switched OR you and your friend can go to the Solutions Tent to get it switched. The Timing tent cannot take care of this.
I heard a rumor about a Greyhound Dare?
We also heard this rumor! We heard that If you want to do 2 marathons in one day AND you're fast enough that you can start your 8th/final lap by 5PM, you can maybe work something out with the race director. (How do these rumors get started?)
Event Insurance
When participants purchase registrations, they are excited about their upcoming event, but unexpected circumstances can happen. RegShield lends peace of mind by reimbursing the cost of their registration price, should they be unable to attend their event due to several covered reasons including accident, illness and family emergency. Although consumers purchase through the RunSignup website, RegShield is a third-party entity, and all plan-related questions should be directed to FanShield via the following channels:
-
Domestic: help@fanshield.com
-
Outside U.S./International: help@fanshield.com, or help@insuranceinsight.ca for Canadian customers
-
Phone: 1-844-849-4827 EXT. 1, or 888-828-1866 for Canadian customers
REGSHIELD REFUND REQUEST PROCESS INFORMATION
How does a consumer file a refund request?
Filing a refund request with RegShield is easy. We recommend selecting the “File A Refund Request” at the bottom of the confirmation email. Alternatively, the consumer can visit the web page below: https://www.fanshield.com/file-a-refund-request
For the best experience, it is recommended that a desktop or laptop computer, rather than a mobile device, be used when filing a refund request.
To qualify for a reimbursement (U.S.) or refund (International), all requests require supporting documentation as proof that the covered reason (“peril”) occurred. Required documentation is determined by the peril for which the consumer filed. For example, a doctor’s note would be required for a refund request relating to accident or illness. If a refund request is filed for a covered peril and contains the correct documentation, the refund will be approved, and the consumer will be reimbursed for the covered amount on their plan.
How long is the refund request process?
Once a refund request and appropriate documentation is submitted, the process takes approximately 5-7 business days.
How long does a consumer have to file a refund request?
For a domestic plan, the refund process must be initiated within 30 days of the first occurrence of a covered reason. For an international plan, the refund request must be made within 45 days of the event.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does RegShield offer refunds if an event or registration is canceled or rescheduled by the venue or ticketing/registration company?
NO - RegShield does not offer reimbursements or refunds if an event is canceled or rescheduled by the venue or promoter. RegShield reimburses a consumer should they be unable to attend their event due to covered reasons. RegShield is registration protection, not event cancellation protection. RegShield is designed to lend the greatest peace of mind to the consumer, should they be unable to experience their registered event due to covered occurrences.
Does RegShield offer refunds if a person has general work or personal conflicts and is no longer able to attend their event?
NO - RegShield does not offer reimbursements or refunds for any general employment or personal conflict. RegShield covers scenarios that stand in the way of the participants making it to and experiencing the event – it is not by ticketholder’s choice; rather, it is by obstacle. They want to go, but cannot due to one of various covered reasons. The coverage is conditional. For example, IF the participant’s vehicle breaks down and IF that malfunction prevents them from attending the event, only THEN can they file a claim.
What does RegShield cover?

Can RegShield protection be added AFTER a ticket/registration/reservation is purchased?
NO - Consumers may not add RegShield coverage after purchase. RegShield protection is only available for purchase online during the consumer’s initial checkout for their ticket/registration/reservation.
Can RegShield help with changing the date, time or any other parameters of my ticket(s)/reservation?
NO - RegShield does not have access to consumer reservation/ticket purchase details and cannot make any adjustments. FanShield can only assist with qualified, consumer reimbursement/refund inquiries
under our plan.

WHERE IS THE RACE?
Address: 2700 NW Loop 820 Fort Worth, TX 76179
GPS Coordinates: 32.826246, -97.389079
The start/finish is off the Loop 820 access road (aka the Jim Wright Freeway), next to Tarrant County College Northwest Campus. Take the Marine Creek Parkway exit
Warning: If you just google Marine Creek Lake, it'll put you on the other side of the lake, so we recommend mapping with the address above
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Planes: DFW Airport is the closest commercial passenger airport, but Love Field (DAL) isn't very far either.
Trains: There is a train from DFW airport to Ft Worth: https://ridetrinitymetro.org/texrail-schedule/
The T&P station is the closest train stop, but the Ft Worth Intermodal Transportation Center (AKA the Fort Worth Central Station or the FW-ITC) is busier at all hours, and also very close. You can hail a Taxi or a Lyft/Uber from either: it's about 7 miles via TX-199 / Jacksboro Highway.
Automobiles:
Driving from the West, East, or from the airports: I-20, I-30 and TX-183 will all run into Loop 820. Take Loop 820 to the Marine Creek exit on the west side of Ft Worth
Driving from the North or South: I-35W will junction with Loop 820. Allow extra time for congestion at the Loop 820-N/ I35W interchange.Take Loop 820 to the Marine Creek exit on the west side of Ft Worth
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Is there an official Race Hotel? Not this year. Here are 3 good options nearby:
• Holiday Inn Express - Lake Worth (3541 NW Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76106) 817.744.7755
• LaQuinta - Lake Worth (5800 Quebec St, Fort Worth, TX 76135) 817.900.3814
• Comfort Inn - Lake Worth (5825 Quebec St, Fort Worth, TX 76135) 817.237.2300
Where is the best place to look for a hotel? The race is on the far west side of Fort Worth, off of Loop I-820. There are no hotels at our exit, but there are hotels a few exits North of our exit at Blue Mound Rd and a few exits south of our exit at Azle Avenue or Jacksboro Highway (aka Lake Worth Blvd.)
Is there camping? There is no tent camping at Marine Creek Lake.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Runners should park in the grassy field across the street from the Start/Finish. It holds 300+ cars.
There are signs pointing to this parking lot.
Adaptive athletes who want to park closer should contact the race director for a parking pass.
