About David McKannan Memorial 5k and Fun Run
Welcome to the Annual David McKannan Memorial Run
This run is held in memory of David, an avid runner, loving father, husband and brother who lost his battle with ALS in 2012. The 5K race begins at 7:00 a.m. at Ditto Landing (293 Ditto Landing Rd SE, Huntsville, AL 35803). The course is flat and fast running along the shaded paths and along the river. The 1 mile fun run begins at 8:00 a.m. and will be a fast and fun route. Age group awards will be given.

Awards
Awards will be presented to the overall male and female open and masters as well as the top three runners in the age divisions. (Overall winners are not eligible for age group awards.)
No awards will be mailed. Results will be available at www.HuntsvilleTrackClub.org.
Age Groups for Females and Males: 14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

- 10:00-6:00pm - Late Registration and Race Packets available at Fleet Feet Sports
Saturday - Race Day!
- 6:00-6:45am - Race day registration and race number pickup
- 7:00am - Race Start
- 8:00am - 1 Mile Fun Run Start
- 8:30am - (Approximate) Awards/Door prizes
**If there is inclement weather and the race has to be cancelled, there will be no refunds.
