About DC Race 5K
DeSoto County Dream Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which focuses on Title 1 school students & their families by providing them with food, clothing, quality healthcare and educational assistance. The DeSoto County Dream Center's goal in Northwest Mississippi is to eliminate barriers that keep people from reaching their full potential. By building relationships within the community, the Dream Center connects people, programs and services. The Dream Center offers a consistent and reliable hand-up, not just a hand out by coordinating the basic needs of families with businesses, other non-profits and individuals.

TIMING / SCORING
DC Race 5K will use ChronoTrack timing technology. To get an official race time and be included in results, participants MUST wear a bib number with timing device on front of body so they can be validated at the finish on camera. (see below) The B-Tag technology allows for precision and timing accuracy in road racing performance.
