About Donut Dash 5k
Dash for your donut at the Donut Dash 5K and 1K fun run for kids.
A fast and flat course around Capitol Lake and out and back along Deschutes Parkway.
Race starts and finishes at Heritage Park in Olympia, WA.
Be sure to register early to guarantee your spot. The race is limited to 400 participants and we sold out in 2025!

Kids Dash (12 and under): Free
5K
$35 – Through March 7, 2026
$40 -- March 8, 2026 through March 14, 2026
$45 -- Day-of race
Club Oly Members receive $5 off with membership or club code at checkout.
Groups of 4 registering together: $10 off per person
Groups of 5 or more registering together: $13 off per person
Group registrations are not eligible for the member discount.

Participants of the 5k will receive a Donut Dash T-shirt. The deadline to guarantee your shirt is February 22, 2026.
Available in men's and women's sizes. Unfortunately, there ae no youth sizes this year. A men's extra small is about the size of a youth large and women's extra small is almost a youth medium. Women's shirt is V-neck.
We will do our best to ensure that all participants receive a shirt, but we hope you understand if that is not possible. Money raised from this race will go back into the running community.
Kids will receive a ribbon/medal.
