- Packet Pickup: Check-in and packet pickup will take place on race day starting at 7:30 a.m.
- Race Start Time: 5K will begin at 9:30 a.m.
- Hot cocoa at the finish, Pre-race DJ, meet & greet with Rudolph; prize awarded for Best Dressed Reindeer (individual) and Best Dressed Reindeer Herd (group)

- Walkers are welcome.
- Feel free to listen to music while you run.
- Well socialized leashed pets are welcome.
- FREE public parking in the City of Florence Parking Garage (150 S. Irby Street), County Complex lot and garage (180 N. Irby Street), and Public Parking Lot at Dargan/Baroody Streets.
