TIME:
7:45-8:30 AM Vendor Set Up
Expo opens at 8:30am
Race starts at 9:30 AM

SURFACE:
Vendors, you will set up on the concrete section which surrounds the lawn; plan accordingly. Tent weights are recommended. Staking is not permitted by the City of Westminster.
**NOTE: The Promenade Terrace venue is a grassy common area at the bottom of 3 flights of stairs. You may utilize the ramps and roll your equipment down to the grass on a hand truck or dolly. If you have a lot of heavy equipment, please plan accordingly.
PARKING: There are plenty of parking spaces to the southwest of the terrace and across the street by the Caribou Coffee. Parking can be a bit tricky and sometimes fills up quickly, so it is best to arrive early so you have plenty of time to drop off your stuff at the top of the stairs and get your car parked. We are not able to block off any spaces so allow extra time to get parked and come back to get things set up.

Sneakers4Funds
We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Sneakers4Funds to provide you with a socially responsible way to donate your gently worn, used or new sneakers and running shoes to a good cause we support! The sneakers will help benefit Growing Home as well as give a hand up, not a handout, to micro-enterprises in 25 developing countries. The athletic shoes will be kept out of landfills where they can take decades to fully decompose. Visit Sneakers4Funds to learn more!

It's super simple! All you need to do is bring your lightly worn athletic shoes and sneakers to the race (either race day or at packet pick up). We collect them and mail them and a donation is made to Growing Home!
Please donate only gently worn, used, and new athletic shoes. These sneakers, trainers, and other athletic shoes will be worn again by people in developing nations, so please make sure there are no holes or soles falling off and that they are in wearable condition. Dress shoes, sandals, brown shoes, flip flops, cleats, etc. and other shoes that are NOT athletic shoes will NOT be accepted.
Please tie your shoes together or put a rubber band around the pair!
