The Extra Energy Virtual Walk & Run Challenge is a fully virtual event that takes place throughout the month of May.
Participants can complete their miles from anywhere — outdoors, on a treadmill, at the gym, or in their neighborhood. There is no set start time or location, giving you the flexibility to move on your own schedule.
How to Participate
• Register for your preferred distance
• Track your miles using your preferred app or device
• Submit your mileage manually (if applicable) or track for personal accountability
• Complete your goal anytime between May 1 – May 31

• 200+ Miles
You can walk, jog, or run and break up your miles over the course of the month.
Additional Details
• This is a non-timed, honor-based event
• Results submission is optional
• Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to join
This challenge is about consistency, community, and raising awareness...not competition.
