- Top 3 (both male and female) at five-year increments beginning at age 20 to age 75+
- Distribution of awards will occur 15 minutes after each award category has been certified

10K:

TIMING / COURSE CUTOFF TIMES:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles). The course must be completed in 4 hours (18-minute pace) or a participant must be willing to be self-supported and obey all traffic rules and regulations if the streets have opened for traffic. *Note - the final few miles are on a paved trail system which allows for a protected finish for those who are at the 18-minute or slower pace.
- 10K (6.2 miles). No specific time limit other than what is listed above, but a person should be comfortable with a 18-minute per mile pace.
- 5K (3.1 miles). same as the 10K
- Race number and timing chips will be issued and are required to participate. Please have running bib# visible on the front of your body so marshals and emergency personnel can identify you as part of the event.

FAQ's
Where is the start of the race? The start of the race is at The Gardens on S Razorback Road
Where is pre-race packet pick up and in-person registration? See Packet Pickup
Is there race day registration? There is no race day registration, but you can register online till midnight the night before the race and do packet pick up the morning of the race.
Can I pick someone else's packet up for them? Generally no. However, if the registrant has signed the online waiver and the person picking up the packet has an email confirmation, then someone other than the registrant is allowed to pickup someone else's packet.
Where are aid stations located? Aid stations are approximately every 2 miles
Is this course certified? No, our course is not certified.
Are strollers allowed? Strollers are allowed, but participants must start at the back of the group.
Award Protocol? Preliminary times will be posted periodically throughout the morning. Once the majority of runners have finished for a distance, then results based upon awards will be posted for a 15-minute protest period. After which, the top 3 overall male and female winners will be recognized over the PA system. All age group awards will be distributed at the merchandise area. Award recipients will give their name to the volunteers and receive their award. 5K age-group awards will begin distribution at 9:15am, 10K at 9:45am and Half at 10:30am

Walker Park - at intersection of 13th and Block Ave
Parking
- There is a parking lot at corner of Block Ave and 13th St. Come early and you can park near the start/finish line. There is also limited parallel spaces along Block Ave and on S. College Ave on the west side of Walker Park
- Another parking lot is located at the Fayetteville Adult Education building (former Jefferson elementary school) at S. College and 7th St.
- There is a large parking lot at the intersection of S. School and 15th St. There is a crosswalk approximately 3 blocks away to cross 15th St to Walker Park.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given, however....
- Participants who are unable to race will be allowed to rollover their entry to the following year or apply it to another All Sports Production's owned events in the current year.
- Participants must contact the Race Director before the race to be eligible for a rollover.
- Only the entry can be rolled over. Race merchandise can be picked up if applicable.
- If the event is cancelled, rollovers do not apply and ALL participants will be transferred to the reschedule date of the event.
- All Sports Productions in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first.
- Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed to between All Sports Productions and race officials.
- If the event must be cancelled, then a participants' registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event only. The rescheduled date may not be until the following year's regularly scheduled date. The transfer is only good for the rescheduled event regardless if the athlete is able to attend.
Safety Protocols
We have safety measures in place to maintain a safe environment, while still allowing a great experience. The overall goal is to limit exposure for all attendees by efficiently keeping people moving and eliminating touch points. Here are some safety protocols we will be implementing:
General Safety
- Facial coverings (not buffs or neck gaiters) will be required when social distancing cannot be maintained; including at the start and after finishing. It is the athlete's choice regarding use of a facial covering while riding.
- Approved disinfectant will be located at high traffic points.
- Regular disinfecting of common touch points will occur.
- Port-a-potties and hand washing stations will be located 6’ apart.
- You will be required to fill out a screening checklist at packet pickup.
- If you have any symptoms you will not be allowed to participate in the live event, but can transfer to a challenge event.
- Safety protocol announcements will be posted on social media, and announced on PA before/during the event.
- Spectators are asked to stay home, we will livestream the finish on Facebook.
Registration
- Registration should be completed prior to arrival. Registration will be open until race start on Saturday, Nov 7, 2020.
- If needed, any onsite registration will be done via your personal cell phone.
- Please observe social distancing policies.
Aid Stations
- Participants need to bring their own hydration. There will be limited aid stations on course. Follow social distancing.
- Food and refreshments will be single serve.
Start / Finish
- To allow for proper social distancing, starts will be in small groups. allowing participants to spread out. Please stay clear of the start area until your group is called.
- After finishing, please pick up your medal and single serve snacks and refreshments from the designated area. When waiting for all members of your party, face coverings and social distancing is required.
- An email will be sent with instructions on viewing your results online.
All Sports Staff Productions staff will be monitoring participants and spectators to observe guidelines for face coverings and social distancing.

Training Plan
The 2026 Training Plan is completely FREE to anyone who has registered for the race. We welcome runners of all levels to register for the training plan. This plan is open to half marathon, 10K and 5K runners! If you do not want to register for the race, but would like an online training program, then you can register only for the training plan, but there is a $45 charge.
Program begins Sep 15 and final date to register is Oct 20. There will also be an in-person weekly speed workout which starts on Thursday, September 18, 6pm at Location to be announced. This will be a great time to come hang out with your fellow training partners and ask questions of the coaches.

Patty Pittman:
Patty Pittman is the founder of F2E Coaching, a multisport training company based in Fayetteville, AR, that serves athletes globally. As an experienced endurance coach, Patty holds certifications as a USA Triathlon Coach and UESCA Run and Triathlon Coach. Her extensive credentials also include certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).
With over 21 years of experience as a strength and endurance coach, Patty has worked with hundreds of endurance athletes, from beginners to advanced competitors, in both in person and online settings. As an accomplished endurance athlete herself, Patty has a passion for racing, particularly at the ultra-distance. Her firsthand experience, education, and commitment to the sport are reflected in her coaching, where she guided her athletes to excel in their training and racing.

Paige Johnston Heffron:
Paige was a cross country and track runner for the Razorbacks from 2009-2014. She helped the team to many SEC titles and was an encouraging leader. After graduating from college, she was honored to become a guide runner for a blind runner at West Fork High School for three years. She then went on to help coach cross country & track at Springdale High School. She was a strong motivator for the young athletes, helping them with their technique, race strategy & speed. She is still an avid runner to this day, logging miles all around Fayetteville.

What is the difference between the in person event and the virtual event? The in person event will occur on a specific day and you must be present to compete. The virtual event can be complete anywhere on any day between Nov 1 and Dec 12.

How do I print my finisher certificate?
Do I have to submit a time? The wonderful thing about virtual races is that the event is just for you. If you don't want to post a time, you don't have to. We would still love to see your "finish line" photos or any others.
When will my SWAG be mailed? We will mail SWAG in December. However, we still sometimes experience manufacturing or shipping delays due due to the current closures. If that happens as soon as we receive the various products we will begin shipping them to you. Thanks for your patience!
When does the virtual races end? The last day to complete your event is Dec 12, 2020.
Entry Fees are Priced with a T-Shirt
Entry Fees are priced with a long-sleeved ringspun cotton t-shirt, but a participant has the option to select no t-shirt and SAVE $5 or upgrade fabric to either a technical fabric short-sleeve shirt or a ringspun hoodie for $15. If a shirt is ordered and the size is not available then a refund will be issued at packet pickup.

2026 Finisher Medals
Every participant will receive a unique custom designed finisher medal. This year's design was inspired by the topography of Fayetteville. Fayetteville has long been known for its innovative spirit, as an academic center, as the "Athens of the Ozarks" and as a "hilly area" known for the seven hills around and within it.
