New Alternate Course:

Mother nature has other plans for our original out and back course as the Wabash River has flooded.  The race still starts and finishes at the Atheneum.  We will just have to cut out running next to the river.  A big thank you to town council member Rodney Clark for discussing alternate routes and this was deemed the best option for the town.

Each out and back is just over 1 mile now, so participants will do the out and back 3 times (or 3 laps if you will) to get to the approximate 5K distance.

Race Announcement: There will now be an early pack pick-up Friday June 26 at Ultimate Fit from 5-6pm.  Their address is 1412 S Green River Rd. Evansville, IN.  For those unable to make it, check in race morning is at the Atheneum from 6:45-7:15Am in New Harmony.

Start Time: 7:30 AM Central Time

Race/Course: The course will be an out and back 5K.  The race will start and finish at the Atheneum and take participants along the Wabash River and along historic sites on North St.  Most of the course will be on crushed gravel paths.

Location: The Atheneum Visitors Center, located at 401 Arthur St., New Harmony, IN 47631.

Cost: $35 until June 14; $40 until race day (deduct $5 for medal only option)
