About First State Bank Key Largo Bridge 10k/5k Run/Walk
The First State Bank Key Largo Bridge Run will run over the beautiful Jewfish Creek Bridge overlooking the Key Largo Bay.
Challenge your best time in the 15th Annual First State Bank Key Largo Bridge Run. Run or walk our bridge on the 18 mile stretch, "The Gate Way To The Keys"! It's an awesome course, flat and fast with one big challenging bridge, Jewfish Creek Bridge, and gorgeous views of the Florida Bay and Barnes Sound.
The race is a timed 10k Run or 5k Run/Walk.
Race T-Shirts will be given to the first 500 participants to register. All participants will receive a medal upon completion of their respective race event.
Awards will be presented to the Overall Top Three Finishers Male & Female, Overall Masters Male & Female, as well as, to the Top Three Male & Female for the following age groups:

10K Run
Information
Race start time is 7:30 AM.
The participants will start at the access road to the Anchorage Resort & Yacht Club and make a left under the overpass and another left to run onto Jewfish Creek Bridge overlooking the Key Largo Bay. The turnaround will be shortly after mile marker 110 and the participants will run Jewfish Creek Bridge for a second time. There is a second turnaround right after the offramp to the Anchorage Resort & Yacht Club. After the turnaround, get on the offramp and return to the Anchorage Resort & Yacht Club's Access Road.

Race start time is 7:30 AM.
The participants will start at the access road to the Anchorage Resort & Yacht Club and make a left under the overpass and another left to run onto Jewfish Creek Bridge overlooking the Key Largo Bay. The turnaround will be towards the end of the bridge and the participants will run Jewfish Creek Bridge for a second time. There is a second turnaround right after the offramp to the Anchorage Resort & Yacht Club. After the turnaround, get on the offramp and return to the Anchorage Resort & Yacht Club's Access Road.

Gear Check
There will be a Gear Check Tent next to the registration area. If carrying any belongings, tear the bottom portion of your bib and put it in the bag. The bag can then be checked in the Gear Check Tent. Each participant will be able to retrieve their belongings after the race at the registration area.
Parking
Parking will be at Key Largo School. We will provide shuttles from Key Largo School which will then transport participants to the Start/Finish Line. The shuttles will pick up participants, spectators, and volunteers at the front and back parking lots of the school (please see the map below). Last shuttle to leave Key Largo School at 7:20 AM. Shuttles will also begin running prior to roads opening to transport volunteers and participants back to their vehicles.

Pre-Party Happy Hour
The Key Largo Bridge Run Happy Hour Pre-Party will be held at the Catch on Thursday, December 5th, 2024. The event is being hosted to provide a platform to registrants that would like to meet some of the other participants and have access to some of the race team where questions can be answered about race weekend. A free beer or wine is being provided by the Catch and will take place between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
