This race benefits Maddie’s Footprints Greater Baton Rouge, supporting families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of a child under one year of age.

 About Maddie’s Footprints
Founded in 2010 in memory of Madeline Noelle McGrew, Maddie’s Footprints provides emotional and financial support to families during unimaginable loss.

How to Create a Running Team
1. Register for the race
2. Select “Create a New Team” during registration
3. Name your team
4. Share your link and invite others to join

How to Turn Your Running Team into a Fundraising Team
1.Go to the race page
2.Click Donate (not Register)
3.Select “Become a Fundraiser”
4. Choose “Create a New Fundraising Team”
5. Enter the same team name as your running team
6. Complete the setup
***This will link your fundraising team to your running team by name so they match***

DO NOT STRESS if your team fundraiser also creates an individual fundraiser. It will all go into the same funding. 

Deadline for Top Fundraising Team:
Donations must be received by October 22, 2026

Switching Races

Pricing Reminder
Race prices increase on September 24, 2026

At approximately 10:00 am, we will remember our babies in a special way with a Remembrance Celebration.  Make plans to stick around to show your support of the 1 in 4 as we pay tribute to our little ones who were gone too soon and enjoy music, food, fun jumps, and more! 

One in four pregnancies ends in loss. Together, we can make sure no family walks through that alone.

We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait to see you on race day!

• Click ‘Register’ in yellow at the top left corner of the screen on our race website.
• Fill in all of the participant information and choose which event you’d like to partake in.
• At the bottom of the page, it will ask you ‘Would you like to join or create a team?’ click ‘yes’ !
• The next screen will be a waiver, you can sign it by typing in the participants full name.
• Choose ‘Create a new running team’ on the right hand side of the page.
• Decide on your team name! This can be anything you decide on. 
  *If you are an angel parent, we encourage you to include your baby’s name in it as a way of honoring him/her (ex: Team Madeline, Onward for Oaklee, Kaleb’s Krewe, etc)
• If you’d like to raise money as a team, click ‘Become A Fundraiser’. All money raised by teams goes directly back to the furthering of Maddie’s Footprints - Greater Baton Rouge mission of helping Baton Rouge Families to cope with miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss.
• SCROLL DOWN TO THE TEAM FUNDRAISER SECTION
• Under Create a Team Fundraiser, make sure the slide bar reads ‘yes’.
• Verify that your Team Fundraiser Name matches you Running Team Name.
• Make sure you choose the option to ‘Associate Team Fundraiser with Running Team’. This ensures that your team is not duplicated.
• Choose a fundraising goal that is attainable but also remember it is a goal! Your donors will look at this as a tool to determine how much they should donate.
• Fill in the rest of the information with what you’d like your donors and team members to see.
• If you’d like to purchase a tribute sign or wristband (wristbands are for those who may want to participate in the after-race activities without running/walking the race.)
• Share with us the way which you would like your race results.
• Finalize your registration and the creation of your team by checking out!
