Fueling for the Race/Ride

This clinic, led by Health Coach Emily Linton of Eat.Move.Excel is for all of you who want to know more about how to prepare for a big ride or race, and how to fuel during a long (1+ hr) ride. This clinics is great for all riders, whether you're just starting or if you want to fine tune your nutrition while exercising. Coach Em specifically planned this clinic before The Dusty Bandita, to help Alphas and other women make the most of their race!
