About Genesis Centers: Walk the Talk, the Christopher Schultes 5K Run/Walk for Recovery
Our 21st Annual 5K Run and Walk is Saturday, October 3rd at Cooper River Park. Registration opens at 8:00 am and the race is scheduled to kick off at 9:00am. No matter if you are running or walking, we encourage you to invite your friends, family, and coworkers to participate with you! Dog-Friendly event!
Mental health services are more important than ever. For over 40 years, Genesis Counseling Centers, a nonprofit treatment center, has provided mental health and addiction related services for thousands of individuals in South Jersey. We care about people’s problems in the everyday world. We believe in the possibility of growth and transformation for every individual. It is our mission to provide the therapeutic support, care and education to aid people in reaching their goals while they manage the symptoms of mental illness or strive to overcome the destructive effects of chemical addiction. Learning to maintain recovery is vital. We don't want anyone to travel down this difficult road alone, so we invite you to be an important part of the Run for Recovery by sponsoring, donating, or participating in our Walk the Talk.
