Registration/Check-In will be from 8:00-9:00 am
- EVERYONE must come to the registration table with ID in order to receive their swag bag and event shirt
- During check-in timeframe, there will be a small complimentary breakfast table (coffee, fruit, etc.).
- The event is at Grange Park (360 Grange Rd. Allentown, PA 18106). Map of parking and field will be released closer to event date.
We will kick off the event promptly at 9:00 am
- We'll quickly run down a few items as well as some of the more important rules. One big rule we will be reinforcing is absolutely no fighting, rough or foul play, or harassment will be tolerated. You'll hear us mention this a lot, but it's very important that everyone remembers this event is to benefit PCFLV. Players or spectators who cannot remember that will be asked to leave. We'd like to make this an annual event, but a lot goes into planning and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If participants can't come out and help make the event fun for everyone, we won't be able to continue next year.
- After a quick rundown of some important rules, we'll have a guest speaker from PCFLV.
Miscellaneous
- Two port-a-potties will be available
