Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker, your participation supports a healthier planet and a more peaceful world.

• What time to arrive?  Please arrive 30 to 40mins before start time.

• What to bring for the event ? Registration Confirmation email with QR code to scan, own water bottles, hats, towels etc.

• Where to go upon arrival at the venue?  After Entering into park, follow "5K Staging" signs. Check-in desk.

• Where to park at the venue?  At the race begining area, there are multiple parking lots available. Additional parking lots available in multiple locations of the park.

• Is there anyone to help for any questions at the venue?  Yes, multiple volunteers having Heartfulness Run T-shirts available to guide/help.

• Suggested clothing to wear?  Please have comfortable clothing for your Run / Walk.

• How does Virtual race work?  Virtual races allow participants to complete a race distance at their own time and location, usually with the aid of a fitness tracking app or device. Participants register online, complete the required distance, and then submit their results, often via a platform provided by the race organizer.
