Join Bay Saint Louis Running Company every Friday morning at 5:30 AM for a relaxed, welcoming group 5K. Whether you’re training for your next race, getting back into running, or just looking for great company, everyone is welcome.

All paces are welcome, from walkers and run/walkers to experienced runners. This is a fun, supportive community run—not a race.
Important Information
Registration helps us keep an accurate participant list and ensures everyone has a signed waiver on file.
There is no charge to participate.
Occasionally, we substitute the run with another free fitness activity (such as Pilates or yoga) or adjust the location due to weather or special events.
